We closed out Mental Health Week on a meaningful note with a special lunch and learn session in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) - Toronto and Mental Health Works! A huge thank you to Pierrick Gacinya for leading such a grounding session! Because of your guidance, we didn’t just talk about mental health in the abstract. We also practiced establishing actionable and attainable steps to enhance our well-being. Some of our favorite takeaways: 🌿 The 8 Dimensions of Wellness: A map to help us spot which parts of our lives might need a little extra love. 🌿 Avoiding the "All or Nothing" Trap: Shifting our mindset from "failure" to "experimentation". 🌿 Flourishing at our own pace: Giving ourselves the space to start small and make wellness as easy and fun as possible.
