True, and I hate to say it, but part of the problem has to be all of the SaaS companies out there because slowly companies like Samsung subscribe to this and that because it's quicker and is cheaper than the in-house system.

My Samsung refrigerator has been making a weird noise and the water dispenser stopped working, so I called their service line
Spent 10 minutes ‘troubleshooting’ (had already done that) before I could give a serial number
They made a ticket with the issue and sent a link to schedule service
Link wouldn’t let me submit a request, said to call the *same number* I had just called
Sat through the automated system again to get to another representative, re-explained everything and gave them the ticket number. Waited on hold for them to get up to speed
10 more minutes confirming issue and service address
They gave me another service ticket and told me I’ll get a call back in 2 days, I don’t get to pick the appointment time. WHAT
