There's a big difference between satisfied customers and loyal customers. Satisfied customers may or may not come back. Loyal customers are emotionally tied to the company because of the positive and inclusive way they are treated.

Don’t just respond and react to what customers want. The best people and organizations study their customers and plan in advance for what they need. I refer to this as proactive customer service.
