I am hiring several pre docs/research assistants in Medellin. RT! Apply!
Past RAs have regularly gone on to top-10 PhD programs or to great policy careers. My earliest field RAs are now professors at top universities.
Too many pre-docs are US-based and focused on data analysis. This is a chance to learn the craft of field research—primary data collection, quasi/randomized experiment design, team management, government relationships, data management, etc.
3 positions open:
1) Senior research assistant (Typically has an MA and previous RA or managerial experience):

2) Research assistant (typically a high performing recent undergraduate, ideally with some RA experience):

3) Research analyst (typically a recent undergraduate, more of a technical support staff, looking for an entry-level step in a research analyst position):

If you are not sure which to apply to, apply to one and we will sort you, or apply to more than one (same materials) and we will figure it out.
Finally, this is one of the most beautiful cities in the world with the best weather. Also a mecca for cuclists and climbers.
