Is this really just a coincidence??? My 40K-subscriber YouTube channel was terminated right after hitting 12M views — just TWO days after I finally met monetization requirements. My entire channel was wiped out without a single real explanation. I went to sleep after editing until 6AM, excited to check my monetization dashboard… and instead woke up to: ā€œYour channel was removed.ā€ Reason? → Spam/Scam. āŒ I NEVER posted unsafe/ deceptive links āŒ I NEVER received a single warning āŒ NO strikes — ever I took my channel seriously. I fact-checked everything before posting it. If my channel was truly some kind of ā€œscam channel,ā€ wouldn’t it have been removed months ago? So why did this happen exactly when my content was exploding with millions of views and right before monetization? Why are creators losing everything because AI flagged a fast-growing channel as suspicious? I worked. I grew. I followed the rules. And the moment I was finally eligible for monetization… BOOMšŸ’„ — GONE. I need your help! Creators, viewers, anyone reading this — RT this and share your story in the comments. This is happening to too many of us. @TeamYouTube, please make things right! #YouTubeAIWrongedCreators @nealmohan

YouTube should be a place that lifts creators up — a platform that helps talent reach the world. But that era is gone. Today… Dreams are being crushed. Creators are being pushed out. 2025 — especially Q3 & Q4 — has become the darkest time for small creators. Channels are being terminated. Monetization is being stripped away. No explanation. No transparency. Just punishment. I am a 3D animator. I build everything myself — modeling, rigging, texturing, animating, editing. No spam. No scams. No policy breaks. Yet my channel was terminated and labeled as ā€œSpam.ā€ They erased my hard work like it meant nothing. And I’m not alone. My animator friends are being demonetized for ā€œHarmful Content Involving Minors.ā€ But there are no minors in the videos — these are animations. And animation is NOT just for kids — most of our viewers are 25–34 years old. So why is YouTube punishing animation creators? Why are honest voices being silenced by broken systems? Animation deserves to live. Creators deserve fairness. And YouTube needs to remember who built this platform.ā€ @YouTube @TeamYouTube @nealmohan #YouTubeTerminated #YouTubeAIWrongedCreators #Animation #FairReview

This creator is in a real mess. YouTube shut down his AdSense account that’s linked to his channel and blocked him from receiving his earnings. just because the AI suspected he was connected to another account — even though he doesn’t have any other account at all. What’s the point of having a channel if your AdSense is closed? This is a serious problem, and I really hope people start paying attention to it because any creator could go through the same thing. We shouldn’t only focus on restoring YouTube channels — fixing AdSense account issues matters just as much.
6 Dec 2025
@TeamYouTube finally replied to me… and all they did was redirect me back to a closed support ticket I had open over 5 months ago. My channel has 50,000 subscribers, and YouTube/AdSense demonetized me, claiming I was ā€œrelatedā€ to another closed AdSense account that I’ve never even heard of. Because of this AI bot mistake, they withheld over $12,000 of my earnings. For 5 months, I’ve been trying to fix this. I’ve begged YouTube to escalate my case for a manual review. Because I can’t appeal and neither can I contact the AdSense team. I’m completely blocked out of the system. I even hired a lawyer, who sent out legal letters for over 3 months, and went viral multiple times on Twitter… and after all that, @TeamYouTube just sent me back to the same closed ticket where they rejected reinstating my AdSense without ever sending it to the AdSense team for review. I’m asking — begging — @TeamYouTube and @GforPublishers: Please manually review my account. My channel was cleared, restored, and proven legitimate. I’m not connected to any closed account. I just need a real review from a real person so I can get my AdSense back and be remonetized on the channel I’ve worked so hard to build. Creators deserve at least that much. Please, if you’re reading this: Tag @TeamYouTube & @GforPublishers. Retweet. Help me get a real human to look at my case. šŸ”ā¤ļø It would mean more than you know. @endermanch @DeepHumor @calebgoesviral @niallniallyt @Rahimkhan_id @niokanal @3mvee @FinalVerdictYT @Katarsis2008 @SmileySmilik @SonhoMobile @ccgs2014 @DanielTChirwa @noahmorris @PumpTheOG @FefeDemeny @TaylorLorenz @Fascinatorfacts @bjr2730 @BrodyFoxx @OlekChaseCar @SmileySmilik @Grummz @YouTube @YouTubeCreators @YouTubeInsider @kasi79462 @wizofYT @DexertoEsports

🚨 In the first 6 months of 2025, YouTube's AI system terminated 5,003,437 YouTube channels. That means: āž”ļø 27,643 terminated channels every single day. āž”ļø 1,151 terminated channels every single hour. āž”ļø 19 channels banned for life every single minute. And since YouTube's automation system typically terminates even MORE channels in the second half of the year, you can likely double those numbers right now. At this very moment, by the time you finish reading this tweet, YouTube's AI will terminate another 100 channels, give or take. 81.8% of those bans were for ā€œSpam, deceptive practices & scamsā€ - a category handled almost entirely by the AI termination system. The appeal is also handled by the same AI-bot that terminated the channel, often rejecting it within minutes. Here's the reality: →AI-bot terminates you (we've seen in recent weeks how many of those terminations appeared to be mistakes!) → You appeal. → The same AI-bot reviews it. → AI-bot confirms its own decision almost instantly. → Your YouTube career ends for life. No human decision. No context. No second opinion. If the AI makes a mistake, a creator’s entire career can disappear without any human review at all. Let's think about it for a moment - this isn't just "policy enforcement". It's real people losing their livelihoods, years of work, their audience, their identity - with absolutely zero human accountability. When someone's career and livelihood is decided to be erased (deservedly or undeservedly), a human decision should be involved. Period. Once the AI termination process of your channel is completed, getting some details, answers, or a fair evaluation of your case is almost impossible. And if you decide to fight the termination, you might go the legal path like I did, which took me almost a year. But even after winning the legal case, getting YouTube to acknowledge the formal legal decision is another quest which I still can't solve, and my channel still remains terminated. But let's keep my story for another tweet. If you (or someone you know) were affected by this AI termination wave, reply below and share your story so more creators can see it. RT this tweet tag @ TeamYouTube to demand a human review for life-changing decisions. Because for us creators, those decisions are life-changing indeed. #YouTubeAIWrongedCreators

What does it take to get your YouTube channel back? Winning in court isn't enough. šŸ”¹ @OlekChaseCar built his channel for 4 years. 20K subscribers. EV reviews. Original content. A HUMAN reviewer verified his videos were original and restored his monetization. 5 months later? An AI terminated his entire channel for "spam." He didn't give up. He took YouTube to court through ADROIT (EU dispute body). He won. YouTube couldn't point to a single violation. His channel? Still terminated. YouTube has ignored him for 4 months. šŸ”¹ @rame_ebrahem made educational How-To tutorials. No AI slop. No reuploads. YouTube terminated ALL 3 of his channels overnight. 4,000 videos gone. The reason? Vague labels. No timestamp. No video link. No proof. He's been fighting for 110 days. šŸ”¹ @FinalVerdictYT ran a true crime channel. 40K subscribers. Terminated for "circumvention" even though he NEVER had another channel removed. After 88 days, YouTube support told him: "Use another channel to contact us." Their solution to a "circumvention" ban? Circumvent the system. They're not alone. @ccgs2014 @ialin27 @niallniallyt @rjswiftofficial @Rahimkhan_id @Mowtivatorr @iaskaishow And many, many more. My channel (97K subscribers) was terminated too and only restored after weeks of public pressure. What do we all have in common? Injustice. āž”ļø Punishment without proportionality. āž”ļø No chance to fix anything. āž”ļø No human review. And one more thing: We're not scammers. Real spammers and bad actors KNOW they might get banned. They don't care about their channels. They'll just make new ones. But we? We built something real. We invested years. We cared. And the system crushed us anyway. If this can happen to someone who legally won against YouTube... What chance do the rest of us have? RT if you believe creators deserve fair Community Guidelines. #YouTubeAIWrongedCreators

My legal victory against YouTube has been trending for 3 days. YouTube's response? Stonewalling. Respected creator Deep Humor just featured my story on his channel. Watch it here ā¬‡ļø @DeepHumor thank you for telling my story so perfectly. As he says himself, YouTube hates him - but he's always ready to speak the truth. I watch his epic channel regularly, and I'm really humbled he covered my ongoing wrongful termination. Here is the reality: I won a legal case against YouTube through a European Union certified dispute body. They reviewed everything and stated: my termination was NOT RIGHTFUL and my channel should be reinstated. But yesterday, YouTube sent me again the usual email repeating their "spam and scam" mantra. My channel remains terminated. They NEVER: āž”ļø Addressed the actual legal decision (probably never looked at it) āž”ļø Explained how a human reviewer confirmed I followed all policies and restored my monetization... only for me to be terminated months later with the same content. I fought fairly using every legitimate tool to defend my creator rights. I WON the legal case. I'm not asking for special treatment - I'm asking YouTube to acknowledge the decision and respect the law. I've shared facts, the legal decision, screenshots - everything. In return, YouTube has shared nothing. @TeamYouTube - please reinstate my channel. Think about this for a moment. Even when you: āœ… Follow every rule āœ… Have a YouTube employee verify your content and confirm you follow the policies āœ… Win an official legal case āœ… Have a documented decision for reinstatement āœ… Go public and get featured in major media and famous YouTube channels ...YouTube just ignores you. If they can do this to me after ALL that I've described above, what chance does any creator have? This isn't just about my channel. It's about whether creators have any rights at all to successfully defend themselves when wrongful terminations happen. And as we can see recently, it happens quite often. Thank you for the incredible support. But I still need your help: šŸ”„ RT this šŸ·ļø Tag @ TeamYouTube Make them respond. Don't let them pretend this isn't happening.

I simply don't get how my vtuber fan channel could have been terminated for circumvention when firstly, I've never had a terminated channel before let alone own any other channels and secondly, I've never broken any guidelines or had any active strikes prior to my termination hence my channel's record was completely clean from the start! And not to mention, my content are highlights from a specific vtuber streamer, HenyaTheGenius, all sufficiently edited and transformed for humor effect prior to being uploaded to the website which clearly falls under fair use law according to the video and it's custom thumbnail shown in the image section below which is unfortunately the last video i was able to upload one week before my channel got removed permanently.... @TeamYouTube All I'm simply requesting is for a human manual review of my channel for all this seems to have been one huge misunderstanding youtube.com/channel/UC-st5MQ…

I think it’s time people finally hear this šŸ“¢ My YouTube channel Factomix was terminated and YouTube still can’t explain why. I’m not kidding. I have 4 different explanations from YouTube’s own support team: 1ļøāƒ£ ā€œSpam / deceptive practicesā€ 2ļøāƒ£ ā€œRepeated violationsā€ 3ļøāƒ£ ā€œViewbottingā€ {Automated bots } 4ļøāƒ£ And then… ā€œNo abnormal activity was found. Your channel is clean.ā€ I uploaded only shorts on my channel, Every short is purely entertainment and I never put any links in discription. There were no warning or strike on my channel. How can one channel break four different rules? How can support contradict itself this badly? Where is the evidence? Where is even one timestamp? Where is ONE video link? Where is the ā€œhuman reviewā€ you are promised? Creators are being judged by AI, punished by automated tools, and then told ā€œdecision is finalā€ by humans who didn’t even check the content. My content: šŸ‘‰ 100% original šŸ‘‰ my voiceovers šŸ‘‰ my own editing šŸ‘‰ NO bots šŸ‘‰ NO reuploads šŸ‘‰ NO policy risks Still terminated. Still no proof. Still no explanation. But creators who go viral on X get their channels back in hours. Why? Because YouTube listens only when the crowd is loud. So here I am being loud: @TeamYouTube, If your own team cannot agree on the reason, how can a creator trust your termination system? Creators deserve: • Clear evidence • One consistent explanation • A real human review Not 4 contradictory emails. I’m asking for one thing: Review my channel manually. Restore my 9.46M subscriber channel Factomix . Give me the same fairness you give to viral creators. #YouTubeAIWrongedCreators #RestoreFactomix #CreatorsDeserveAnswers

Is YouTube starting to ban entire households now? These screenshots worry me. One channel in a home gets removed… and suddenly everyone connected to the same house seems to be at risk? Brothers/sisters, kids, parents, roommates... Even accounts that were only used to watch YouTube are now getting terminated for ā€œcircumvention.ā€ And according to YouTube’s own policy: If one channel is removed, that creator can never create, use, or own another YouTube channel again. Ever. But now I’m starting to wonder… If that’s the rule, what happens when multiple people or creators live under the same roof? Because YouTube’s automated system can’t really tell who is who inside a home. There is no creator-specific human review. No real way to appeal. No way to prove you are not the person who had a deleted channel. Just instant deletion because someone you live with may have made a mistake, or was hit by a wrongful AI flag. And honestly… it makes me question my own situation. Is this what happened to my channel too? Could it have been flagged because of an old account from a former roommate? Or even from my ex? I have no clue, and there is no way to get a clear answer. How can any creator feel safe building a career if their future depends on who they live with, or who once shared their WiFi, email address, or device? So my question is this: Is the circumvention policy unintentionally punishing entire families? I say this with respect: I really hope @YouTube takes a closer look at this. Because creators deserve a review system that treats each person as an individual, not as a household. Feel free to tag @TeamYouTube so they know what is going on right now.

My wrongful YouTube termination is now officially trending on X, yet @TeamYouTube still hasn’t responded. At the same time, more and more creators are reporting the exact same issues: Instant deletions labeled as ā€œspamā€ when they never spammed anything, and ā€œcircumventionā€ bans even when they have never had a previously terminated channel before. I am going to keep pushing, keep documenting, and keep shining light on this problem. Thank you to everyone who liked, shared, and spoke up. Your support has been incredible! I’m officially 90 days banned for something I didn’t do. And I still have no explanation. 90 days ago, I woke up to find out YouTube deleted my 40k true crime documentary channel. The reason? ā€œCircumvention.ā€ But here is the strange part: I have never had another channel terminated before. And trust me, I checked. There is nothing to ā€œcircumvent.ā€ In the past few weeks, multiple creators confirmed something worrying: YouTube’s systems are mixing up old or incorrect account links, flagging innocent channels with no way for creators to see, check, or fix anything. For months I have tried everything to understand what triggered this false AI flag: - I appealed: denied in under 2 minutes after a ā€œcareful reviewā€ of 100 videos. - I emailed support: only template replies. - I contacted @TeamYouTube: no reply to my DMs for over 2 weeks. I understand YouTube is huge and relies on automated systems. But automation also makes mistakes. YouTube has acknowledged that many times. And when it does, creators need a real path to a human review. Right now, that path doesn’t exist for smaller creators. I’m only asking for a real human to take another look at my case. My income disappeared overnight due to an error I didn’t commit. I hope someone at YouTube is finally willing to review this. Here is my channel URL for reference: youtube.com/channel/UC5PIAFq…

YouTube’s mass terminations by AI moderation aren’t the result of a creator’s small mistake. As we’ve seen in countless cases, this is a failure of YouTube’s moderation system and its support services. YouTube used to be a creator-friendly platform. How did it end up like this?

AI moderation in general has gotten way too outta hand ATP. One too many creators regardless of their channel sizes are being wiped out all of a sudden and without any warnings given. This shouldn’t have been a thing to begin with for AI simply can’t and will never be able to replace real human support agents who’re capable of real empathy and critical thinking when it comes to listening and understanding a creator’s pleas and concerns regarding their channels YouTube and any other platforms with this mentality needs to stop their nonsense and start listening to their customers again

YouTube: ā€œYou can’t circumvent.ā€ Also YouTube: ā€œPlease circumvent to reach support.ā€ Make it make sense...
Hey @TeamYouTube, I'm really confused and honestly don’t know what to do anymore. Today I finally received a reply through email… and support advised me to use another active channel (mine or someone else’s) to access the Creator Support Chat. My 40k true crime channel was terminated 88 days ago for ā€œcircumvention,ā€ even though I have never had another channel removed before (and yes, I checked). And the suggested solution is to use a different channel to get support? I genuinely don’t understand how that makes sense. So the solution to a circumvention termination… is to circumvent the system using another channel? I honestly don’t know what to say. I definitely don’t want to risk any of my friends’ or family members’ channels by contacting support through their accounts, since that would actually be circumvention. So I’m left with no safe options at all. I would gladly use my own Creator Support Chat, but deleted channels instantly lose access to chat support, even if they were in YPP. I didn’t break the rules. I never tried to evade a ban. And I don't want to put anyone else’s channel at risk. @TeamYouTube, please review this manually. I just want this mistake to be resolved. youtube.com/channel/UC5PIAFq…
