Hamilton Black History Database is a valuable educational resource launched in February 2022, designed to make the history and contributions of Black communities in Hamilton accessible to the public. Created in partnership with the @hbhchamilton (Terri Bedminster), @ACCAHam (Evelyn Myrie), and McMaster’s @CCENA_Hamilton (Daniel Coleman, Lorraine York), the online portal serves schools and libraries, promoting Black history education.
