By January 2020, Fauci knew he was culpable for causing an outbreak that would cause millions of deaths and trillions in losses, and was terrified he would face reputational damage, administrative penalties, criminal prosecution, and civil liability.
So he defrauded the public.
Dr. Fauci needs to answer for utilizing his connections in the intelligence agency to steer the official narrative on the origins of COVID. He used those connections to dispel the lab leak "theory" that ended up being fact.
