The San Diego startup will use the funding to scale point-of-need production with their "xCell, an expeditionary factory-in-a-box that produces modular airframes, mission-specific payloads, and replacement components at the point of need." The round was led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA).

@BedrockRobotics has launched out of stealth, raising a $60 million Series A led by
@8vc. The company, which is developing construction automation, will focus on creating a low-cost autonomy kit, end-to-end learning, and workflow software for task planning. They are first targeting the excavation end-market. The company was founded by former Waymo autonomy leaders Boris Sofman and Kevin Peterson.

@regentcraft, a next-generation seaglider manufacturer, has launched Regent Defense to serve the defense market, offering a high-speed, long-range, and low-signature platform built to support critical maritime missions.

The South San Francisco startup is building advanced power systems to support areas such as electronic warfare, directed energy, and edge computing, enabling low-signature operations. The company has raised an $8 million seed round with General Catalyst and XYZ Venture Capital as lead investors.
- Hybron has emerged from stealth. The El Segundo-based startup is advancing composite manufacturing for defense, enabling faster, stronger, and lighter components for munitions, unmanned systems, and jet engine structures.
