ECI's defense for all turnout questions is:
"The VTR App is a facilitative, non-statutory tool with approximate data."
Translation: The numbers we publish on election night are NOT official and we take NO responsibility for them.
But these "approximate" numbers move markets, shape narratives, and determine when media declares winners.
And when these "approximate" numbers jump by 13.82 pp in AP?
"That's normal aggregation."

For EVERY one of AP's 46,389 polling stations, these records must exist if even ONE voter voted after 6 PM:
1. Numbered slips (PO's Diary - Annexure 52)
2. Sector Officer Report (Annexure 6) with slip count
3. VIDEOGRAPHY of queue with discernible faces
4. Form 17C signed by PO and ALL polling agents
5. Two-hourly turnout breakdown
For 57 lakh post-closing voters, that's:
→ ~57 lakh numbered slips
→ 46,389 PO diary entries
→ 46,389 Sector Officer reports
→ THOUSANDS of hours of queue footage
→ 46,389 Form 17C documents
None of this is public. None has been audited.
In Haryana, Congress demanded this data for 6.71 pp. Got nothing.
AP had DOUBLE the increase. Nobody even asked.

The Wire (Dec 2024) asked ECI: How many pre-numbered slips were issued during 2024 elections?
ECI's response: "NO INFORMATION."
They MANDATE the slips. They COLLECT PO diaries that record slips. They have Sector Officer Reports (Annexure 6) with slip counts.
But somehow: "No information."
Imagine a bank saying: "We mandate receipts for all withdrawals but we have no information on how many receipts were issued."
You'd call it fraud.

ECI's own Handbook for Presiding Officers (2023, Para 7.1.2) MANDATES:
At closing time:
→ Numbered slips to EVERY voter in queue
→ Signed in FULL by PO (not initials)
→ Reverse numbering (last voter = Slip #1)
→ Last slip number = total voters waiting
If 57 lakh voters were genuinely waiting at 6 PM across AP:
That means ~124 slips per booth on average.
124 signed slips per booth × 46,389 booths = ~57.5 lakh slips.
WHERE ARE THESE 57 LAKH SLIPS?
Has ANY journalist or party seen them?

Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, Rule 43:
"Presiding officer SHALL close polling station at fixed hour and SHALL NOT admit any elector AFTER closing."
Exception: Voters PRESENT at the station before closing can vote.
Key word: PRESENT. Not "arriving." Not "on the way." PRESENT.
In Haryana, this added 6.71 pp.
In Maharashtra, 7.8 pp.
In AP, 13.82 pp.
Were there really DOUBLE the proportion of late voters in AP compared to every other state?

AP added 8.38 pp between 8 PM and 11:45 PM.
That's ~34.7 LAKH votes in 3 hours 45 minutes.
At ~2 min per voter (with two EVMs), that requires ~1.15 CRORE person-minutes of continuous voting.
Across 46,389 booths, that's ~248 voters per booth in under 4 hours — AFTER 6 PM closing.
Even if every booth had voters waiting, that's 4 hours of non-stop voting PER BOOTH.
Did 46,000 booths really have 248-person queues at 6 PM?
Show us the evidence.

AP held SIMULTANEOUS Assembly Lok Sabha elections on May 13.
Each voter had to cast TWO votes (two separate EVMs).
This means: Processing time per voter was LONGER than single-election states.
Yet AP's post-closing addition ( 13.82 pp) was HIGHER than:
→ Haryana (single election): 6.71 pp
→ Maharashtra (single election): 7.8 pp
→ J&K (single election): 4-5 pp
More time per voter. Fewer voters can be processed per hour.
But somehow MORE votes appeared after closing than states with faster processing.

The “revolution” you see in AP govt schools? That’s Jagan’s legacy — Navaratnalu, Nadu-Nedu Phase 1 & 2, ₹3,500 Cr invested, 56,000 schools transformed with toilets, furniture, English medium & broadband.
TDP’s track record? Schools crumbling, teachers unpaid, mid-day meals disrupted.
Don’t erase history.
Under YS Jagan (2019–2024):
✅ Nadu-Nedu – ₹3,500 Cr for school infrastructure
✅ English medium from Class 1
✅ Amma Vodi – ₹15,000/yr to keep kids in school
✅ Vidya Kanuka kits every year
TDP’s 2014–19? Benches rotted, buildings cracked, promises forgotten.

AP seats: 175
Each 1% in AP = 4.13 lakh votes
Each 1% in Arunachal = 8,500 votes
Same percentage. 49 TIMES the scale. Zero comparable excuse.

Most states finalize turnout within 24-48 hours.
AP? FOUR DAYS later (May 17), ECI added ANOTHER 4.16 pp.
That's 17.19 LAKH additional votes discovered 4 days after polls.
ECI blamed "3,500 booths" reporting late.
3,500 out of 46,389 booths = 7.5% of booths... somehow accounting for 4.16% of the ENTIRE state's votes?
No other state in 2024 had a multi-day revision anywhere close to this magnitude.
Haryana finalized in ~1 day. Maharashtra in ~2 days. J&K per phase in ~1 day.
AP? 4 days. 17 lakh votes.

🧵 THREAD: The #TTD Ghee Contract Nobody Wants to Debate
In 2014, Indapur Dairy supplied ghee to #Tirumala @ ₹278/kg
→ The same company Heritage Foods admits is its contract manufacturing partner.
Dec 2025. Chandrababu is back. Indapur is back.
Now charging ₹658/kg. That's a 137% jump.
If ₹278 was "pure cow ghee" in 2014 — how is ₹658 justified now, from the SAME supplier?
Heritage ADMITS a contract arrangement with Indapur (paneer, cheese, SMP, UHT milk).
But denies any ghee supply link to TTD.
Then why does Indapur win TTD tenders ONLY when TDP is in power? 🤔
₹130 crore in tenders. Temple funds. Lord Venkateswara's prasadam.
And the AP Legislative Council gets ADJOURNED every time YSRCP raises this on the floor.
Whose benefit, exactly?

Let's do basic math.
AP electorate: ~4.14 crore
68.04% at 5 PM = ~2.82 crore votes cast
81.86% final = ~3.39 crore votes cast
Difference: ~57 LAKH votes
In Maharashtra, the controversial post-5PM addition was ~76 lakh — but Maharashtra has 9.7 crore voters (2.3x AP's size).
Proportionally, AP's post-closing addition was FAR WORSE than Maharashtra's.
AP added 20% of its total votes AFTER the last official update.
Maharashtra added 12%.
Where did AP's 57 lakh voters come from?
