Five years ago, she got COVID.
By November 2021, she came to our clinic with disabling #LongCOVID symptoms.

What helped her fatigue, mood and cognition:
• Low-dose naltrexone (LDN) 2 mg
• Aripiprazole 1 mg
• Monthly B12 injections

What helped bladder dysfunction/spasticity:
• Oxybutynin
None of these interventions alone “cured” her.
But together — combined with pacing, validation, rehabilitation principles, and time — they helped her reclaim pieces of her life.

When our child was diagnosed with Crohn's, we were invited to attend a parent education class. I almost cried thinking about all the parents out there with kids with complex chronic illness who would give anything to take a class on how to manage their kid's illness. 1/2
