USATF made the announcement this morning and also mentioned that the Championship will return to Hayward in 2027.

USATF announces that the 2026 U.S. Outdoor Championships will be held at Icahn Stadium in New York City from July 23-26.
This is the first time New York City has hosted a national track and field championships since the 1991 Athletics Congress of the USA Championship at Downing Stadium.
Eugene, Oregon, which has hosted the national championships since 2021, will again host USAs in 2027 to select the team for the 2027 World Championships in Beijing, China.

Just for fun last night I ran a team decathlon with 10 counties using their top athlete in each event. Iβm honestly surprised how close the score was. After day 1 Jamaica lead but TeamUSA took the title. The top 5 teams were within 700 points of each other (based on 2024 marks)
