Absolutely agree health care workers deserve a fair wage and staffing issues need to be addressed. Sadly a strike only compounds the health care crisis. My husband will now be denied the post stroke rehab he requires during the most crucial period for recovery. @CUPEMB @WabKinew

I love my job as an instructional coach. This describes it perfectly.

Quickly, though, instructional coaches partner with teachers to identify a powerful student-focussed goal. Then, together, they identify an effective teaching strategy to use to hit the goal. Usually the first attempt doesn't work, so many adaptations are made until the goal is hit. The goal functions as a standard for excellent implementation.

I have 2 big concerns about the “timed math tests don’t cause anxiety” debate happening (again) today.
One has to do with victim blaming.
The other is about a research project I know is underway.
