The National Institutes of Health is payingย a University of Florida lab to breed kittens with a devastating disease that causes progressive neurological decline, loss of muscle control, dementia, and difficulty swallowing.
Then they experiment on and kill them.
This @UF program has cost taxpayers $2,639,706 and is funded by @NIH until November of this year.
In April 2025, @SecKennedy promised โa dramatic reduction in animal testing at NIH.โย
Then, NIHโs pro-Fauci "animal testing czar" Nicole Kleinstreuer, claimed that the agencyโs funding for dog and cat experiments โpredatesโย her and that she is โworking tirelesslyโ to end them.
But, WCWโs exposรฉs have revealed how the NIH has doled out nearly $150 million in new funding for dog and cat testing since RFK took office. Some got new NIH funding this month.
Since RFK wonโt act, we worked with Congress this week to add language to the NIHโs 2027 spending bill that cuts funding for painful testing on cats and dogs.
