I’m disgusted @CruiseNorwegian have significantly reduced children’s facilities on board the Star and simply send out a note to customers saying it is an enhancement....to who exactly? Certainly not families. Booked through @VirginHolidays so hope they help
Turns out @British_Airways social media team don’t help customers. Instead they take all the details over numerous emails then tell you at the end to write a physical letter to another team. Disappointing the social team is just there for them to look good and waste people’s time
