Co-designing learning is powerful stuff if teachers can:
- share the direction of learning with learners.
- prepare for not knowing all of the answers.
- embrace their own vulnerabilities in the process.
- check their ego at the door.
Intellectual humility goes a long way to creating agency, equity, and belonging.
