Reunited with our luggage today after 9 days of waiting, nearly 7 hours on the phone and website with @AirCanada and 3 separate trips to the airport to pick it up. Very frustrating and terrible customer support!

@FlyYQR @AirCanada heard from AC customer service that my luggage was taken off of the airplane on our trip from YQR to YYZ and won’t arrive in YYZ until tomorrow morning. No explanation. Not helpful because we are catching our connecting flight to Warsaw tonight. #disappointed

Just one more day left in this visit to #yqr There have been many special moments and highlights. Christmas with all of our family, including Norman guinea pig. Too bad about those temps though, brrrrr!
