This is what the average China man believes. This is why they think there is nothing wrong with fishing the seas dry and razing the earth bare.
The problem with these “people” is that they don’t really have a history to speak of, they just pretend to be the inheritors of one, because they seem to have forgotten that the last time they quasi exterminated the sparrows, they also removed the factor keeping insect populations in check. The result of this genius plan was crop failure on a catastrophic scale and a famine that killed tens of millions and many more that had to resort to cannibalism.
Ultimately, I truly believe nature abhors the Han and it’s funny they talk about the “food chain” giving them the right to be cruel because they themselves are pretty low on it. Has anyone ever been intimidated by a China man? They’re almost comical when they angry.
You’d think Unit 731 and Nankin would have reminded them of these facts.
反虐待动物法本身就不合理,因为动物本身就是可以处置的财产。这个虽然残忍,但不过是食物链不可辩驳的事实。人在杀动物吃肉时不会觉得残忍,因为对蛋白质的需求已经超过这种同理心了。其他的部分只不过是为这种食物链的残忍增加几份虚伪的姿态而已。尽管我厌恶虐待动物的行为,但我仍然认为这类立法是弊大于利的,首先最关键的就是会给人带来不便,一旦立法,就会有人上纲上线,要求屠宰必须要符合某些人道的方式,这会直接增加成本,反应到食品价格上。禁止了农户屠宰,整个产业链还容易被资本所垄断,产生剥削和政商勾结腐败。第二就是很多美食料理将会消失,比如有的国家一反虐待为理由禁止活煮龙虾,还有人为此发明杀死龙虾的机器。这都是毫无意义的浪费。第三是给一些道德原本低下,对社会不满的人赋予道德大棒,成为道德警察对他人集体霸凌。比如很多的爱狗人士,对他人的饮食习惯加以霸凌来发泄自己的怨气,却又占据道德制高点。无论从哪一个角度来说,反虐待动物法都是表明看似高尚,实则毫无意义,只会添加成本的恶法。世界各国应该主动废除这样的恶法,该保护的动物只有野生濒危物种
