“ Laura” the links you have sent me in your dm don’t work. If my three parcels are not delivered today then the contents will be worthless £200 and a day ruined by @DHLParcelUK

8 hours late @DHLParcelUK , a day wasted, phone line doesn’t work, communication portal will respond in 3 days. This company have left several parcels directly on the pavement by my door on a busy street before. Stolen, lost, running late? I thought yr service couldn’t get worse!
So having waited in all day @DHLParcelUK are now just outright being dishonest. Claiming they attempted delivery at the same time they claimed that the delivery was delayed to their customer
In future, when buying from an online store, first question… do you use @DHLParcelUK for your deliveries? If yes then I just can’t afford to shop with them and will always use another company. £200 & a day lost4 days before #Christmas
