Literally EVERYTHING has been based in lies and manipulation. We have to connect as community again and cocreate the world based in compassionate action😁

Just added up how many appointments we've gone to and how many miles I've driven since my daughter came home in Jan. The only appointments she has locally are PT. All of her doctors are spread out in different directions and can range anywhere from 30-60 miles away. Since the last week of Jan until now, we've been to 68 appointments and driven almost 3000 miles. There have been weeks she had 5-6 appointments, some weeks she had 2-3. But, not one week has gone by where she didn't have something going on. In between appointments, I'm doing all of her cooking, cleaning, laundry, helping her shower, emptying and cleaning her commode, helping her with insulin, checking blood sugars, helping her with PT at home, doing all of her shopping, etc. When she first came home, I was so worried about her and keeping up with her needs that I wasn't focused on my own health. I didn't eat much, I wasn't sleeping well, and I didn't exercise. I ended up dropping some weight. But, these past couple of months, I have slacked a bit on my diet, haven't gotten back into an exercise routine, and I've gained some weight. Luckily, my muscle mass never goes away, and it gives me a great foundation to work with and burn fat. My daughter still requires a lot, but the appointments are beginning to slow down, she's doing a little better, and she doesn't need me as often. I'll be 49 tomorrow. All I want for my birthday is to get back on a good consistent path for my own health.

Another huge thank you. I was truly amazed by the big names who shared Lucy’s story. The #SaveLucy campaign grew into something far bigger than I ever imagined. My first special thanks goes to @buckleycarlson. Buck, when you called me personally to talk about my dog, I could tell right away that the ground had shifted. Thank you, my friend. @catturd2, you posted Lucy’s story multiple times and even gave us a shoutout on your show with @JewelsJonesLive. That moment meant the world to us. @seanhannity, going on your show - twice! - was one of the greatest honors of my life. @SaraGonzalesTX, your support has been incredible, especially the way you championed my wife @Herb_Minstrel’s business. We needed every bit of help to cover legal fees and the income we lost while my focus was on this fight. Your help made a real difference. @TomiLahren, when you looked into the camera and told a national audience in prime time, “We’re going to bring Lucy home,” that was the single greatest moment of the entire campaign for me. I’ll never forget it. To everyone else who had us on their show, podcast, or shared Lucy’s story, including Curt Schilling (@gehrig38), Martina Navratilova (@Martina), Juanita Broaddrick (@atensnut), @KennedyNation, @LauraLoomer, @Milajoy, @realJennaEllis, and so many others - thank you. Seeing your names attached to this fight still gives me chills. To all of you: thank you. My family is whole, in part because of your attention to us. God bless. If any of you can find it in your hearts to support the fight to #SaveSnuggles, I would greatly appreciate it.

Nostalgia is SO easy to tell to fuck the hell off when your own body systems are not betraying you with incessant screaming hunger hormones. And I am a guy who really enjoys nostalgia every now again. I do not enjoy kidney damage. I enjoy that ketosis quiet... That Carnivore calm... That Dr Tro post in my feed because the algorithm knows what I truly like.
"When you are in ketosis, the food chatter, the food voice, the binge-eating voice--it quiets way down..." @erinlbellamy

Writing this thank you is not easy, but over the past couple of days I’ve felt the Lord prompting me with increasing insistence. Today I finally had a moment of clarity and knew it was something I needed to do. Elizabeth Cooper, if you’re still reading my messages, I want to thank you for giving me a window - narrower than I would have preferred, but a window nonetheless - to bring my dog home. You and I share a deep love for our dogs. I did everything in my power to bring my Lucy home, and I’m certain you would have fought just as hard for yours. I know that dogs in other situations have not been as fortunate as Lucy. Thank you for letting me have my dog back and my family be whole again.

I was right. They were fire. 🔥🔥 Crunchy, savory but not overwhelming on breading or seasoning. Also, can I just point out this sugar free honey mustard exists? Two tablespoons = 20 calories where our normal honey mustard is at least 140. This entire meal was $12 total and fed all four of us with a few left over. Separately, the G Hughes runs about $4 if you want to try it.
Absolute FIRE 🔥

I cannot express to you the peace that comes with being on the other side of all the toxic and stupid mainstream parenting discourse. Sure, my kids are still minors (well, 3/4). But I have been doing this for 21 years. You can't "dead baby" scare me out of my four successful and healthy unassisted freebirths at home 🤣 You can't "what if measles" scare me into vaccinating my four completely healthy vaccine-free kids 🤣 You can't "babies need to cry, you're spoiling them" me out of baby wearing and responding to their needs and never letting them cry arbitrarily. 🤣 You can't "they'll stay in your bed forever" scare me out of my amazing cosleeping experience 🤣 You can't "not spanking will cause entitled disrespectful brats" scare me into hitting my respectful, helpful peacefully parented kids. 🤣 You can't "unschooling is neglectful!" scare me out of enjoying life with my four smart, passion-motivated curious learners, (one in college). 🤣 You have zero power here. Zero. None. I ran the race well. Proof's in the puddin'. I chose my God given intuition and divine womanhood over all the fear-mongering mainstream bullshit. It's a glorious thing, really.

RFK Jr came to Michigan today and I had to try to talk to him about improving women’s health. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to talk to him, but I did talk to someone at HHS that works with him. My advice for HHS is that we need to start changing the standards of care. The science is there, it’s just about implementing it. Some examples: most women labor on their backs, babies get their cords clamped right away, and mom and baby are not getting an hour uninterrupted of skin time after birth- all things proven to be harmful. It’s time for HHS to set the standards so we can improve our nations health, starting with the most vulnerable - our babies.

Matt spent two decades in conventional agriculture before this was ever started. UGA animal science. Minor in crop and soil. For years, that was the world he worked in. In 2013, the shift began. Little by little. Questions. Frustration. A different way of thinking. By 2020, the direction was clear. Break away from conventional agriculture and build something independent. That’s what we’re doing now. One steer, one heifer, one cow, one bull, and now chickens. We want to be your ranchers. Follow along. #freedom #america250 #usa

A man came by today to choose a puppy. I noticed his hat right away. After he picked out his pup, I asked him straight up if he had served “over there.” He started telling me about his time in the military, how he was hit by an IED, and how it caused a stroke when he was just 25. After sharing his story, he said he’d come back in a few weeks to pick up the puppy and bring the rest of the money. My response...? “You don’t owe me a thing.” I truly believe he’s already paid more than enough. Much respect to him, and to everyone who has served or is still serving—from all of us at SOS Kennels. There’s no way to say thank you enough.
