How can people be so stupid? The suv maybe went about 50 feet when it was put on the flat bed at mileage 12,665. There were 36 miles driven after the Techstream events with odometer reading of 12,629. It’s common sense

Love this guy! If John gets out of the car and is struck by Karen, it would take him 20 steps to walk past the house. Explain the 36 steps that actually took place between 1231-1232. Other expert testimony featured 80 steps. Easy…. he was in the house. Only other possible explanation is that he was sent around back and it was a trap.

How can Juke explain the data showing the 37 degrees actually registering at 6:14, which means it was anywhere between :00 and :59. We see John’s body lifted and put on the gurney at about 6:14:14, this means the 37 degree battery temp registered after 6:14:14 and before 6:14:59

Rachel is so dumb. The temperate of 37 degrees would have registered on John’s phone after John was lifted off the phone. This evidence shows it had about 45 seconds of time since the phone data doesn’t provide seconds.

I never said she grabbed it from John’s body. Listen to the voicemail from John’s phone that captures the 911 call. You can hear a car unlock and a door close. Immediately following that, his phone starts logging steps and his battery temp drops.

Juke is either willingly ignorant or just stupid. The time Apple health shows no more steps registering after 12:32:16 doesn’t mean that’s when the last step happened. It’s simply a time stamp showing steps happened between the start and end time of that range.
