What you're describing @DoctorTurtleboy is a Gish gallop.
The strategy is less about proving any one claim and more about flooding the conversation with so many allegations, talking points, and accusations that people don't have time to fact-check each one before the next appears.
A Gish gallop works by overwhelming the discussion. The goal isn't necessarily to establish that any particular claim is true, but to create the impression that there is simply too much to address.
It's a tactic that has been discussed in many high-profile cases and public controversies, including arguments made by defense teams in cases such as that of O. J. Simpson, where raising numerous alternative theories and points of doubt became part of the overall strategy.
The problem is that volume is not evidence. Claims still have to be examined individually and supported by facts.

All of the grifters who don’t live in Norfolk County want Karen Read’s friend @adamdeitch elected as the next Norfolk County DA. If he’s not elected, their grift ends—they won’t be able to do three shows a week claiming that Deitch is coming for everyone and collecting Super Chats. Their fantastical fiction story will fade away, and they know it.
Deitch, at the time, a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office who was in charge of the investigation into the death of John O’Keefe, was speaking to the woman on trial for his murder and her defense attorneys during her trial and breaking the sequestration rule with defense witnesses—That is egregious.
Norfolk DA candidate Greg Connor has successfully prosecuted Emanuel Lopes for the murders of Weymouth Police Sgt. Michael Chesna and Vera Adams. He also successfully prosecuted Brian Walshe in the murder of his wife, Ana Walshe, and Radoslaw Czerkawski for torturing Puppy Doe. He did an outstanding job in all those cases.

Watching the content creators spiral over the reception Karen Read received on The Today Show is wild.
They truly believe the echo chamber they've created online and their interactions with people who consume their content are representative of America as a whole.
They are not.
True crime, at that granular level, is a very niche market. Most people do not get that deeply involved.
And the pièce de résistance will be when Netflix comes out and America hears the story of what Aidan Kearney, Karen Read, and her legal team did to the O'Keefes, the witnesses, and John's friends.
You had best bet the vast majority of Americans will find them to be absolutely revolting.
And all these knucklehead content creators will be tied to it.
Just like Read & Kearney spawned their little cottage industry of conspiracy creators, there will be hours of a new type of content with a whole new set of creators showcasing what these people participated in.
Clips of them and the horrible things they said and did will be EVERYWHERE.
Couldn't happen to a more deserving group of people.

Regardless of your thoughts on Karen Read's guilt or innocence or the NCDA's prosecution of the case, victims ALWAYS deserve protection and support, especially the prosecutor's office.
Candidates who instead choose to support and promote content creators with a history of attempting to ridicule and humiliate the parents of a murder victim for clicks and cash like in the video on the left do NOT belong in any prosecutor's office ANYWHERE in this country.
Our justice system depends on it.

Are you aware she made and digitally distributed a Bingo card with a space that said "children & semen" which was directed at the witnesses in the John O'Keefe case who were victims of intimidation and harassment?

FKR seem to think today’s hearing was just Attorney Diller “apologizing and withdrawing the motion”, that’s not what happened. The judge sent the lawyers to confer and work out a protocol for how the phones will be accessed and preserved before they’re returned to Read. Nothing can be deleted, the preservation order remains in effect, and Judge Gildea made that crystal clear on the record in front of Read. He also shut down any opportunity for theatrics by AJ.
Calling it a “win” just shows that FKR only hear what they want, much like the selective way evidence was treated in the murder trial. They will likely end up back in front of Judge Gildea, where Diller can reiterate past actions caught on BWC of Read resetting her phone as evidence of likely future behavior, something the defense team did not address in their reply or sur-reply.
At the end of the day, getting the contents of the phones was the goal, and that goal has been achieved.

Microdots is the worst person to give this absurd sermon on Twitter.
1. Diller didn’t “rely” on idiots to tell him what he heard. He showed examples of how the audio was interpreted in the same way by others online as he initially heard it.
2. The motion wasn’t “ridiculous” unless you want to ignore the other part of the statement that was the actual point of his motion.
3. Microdots has posted false quotes and misleading videos to try and push a narrative over the last several years. Truth and accuracy are not his expertise.
4. He has participated in the torment of witnesses and their kids, and even suggested tracking their car.
4. He borrows his mom’s pool noodles for an elementary attempt at an accident reconstruction.
