Great to see our consensus paper on #prolactinomas further highlighted! Very important to reevaluate , not all "high prolactin" cases are due a #pituitary #adenoma. Incidentalomas are frequent, MRI should be done after excluding other etiologies if PRL <200. @PituitarySoc
