Ways you can use AI to help your ADHD brain:
1. Summarizing long emails you receive
2. Re-wording outgoing messages to sound more "professional"
3. Finding things to do when you're in ADHD freeze mode
4. Prioritizing your task list
5. Explaining jokes or difficult concepts
