At the beginning of the pandemic, the Government was putting out a lot of digital communications that weren’t accessible to #Blind and #PartiallySighted people. That’s why we launched our #InfoForAll campaign.

Psychotherapy and counselling relationships have to consider the intersectional nature, power and privilege. Otherwise the work is repeating this dynamic and ultimately there is no change in the world.

A debate in Westminster this morning demonstrated the value of charity-funded research and why the government should back charity-funded #ResearchAtRisk in the #SpendingReview

Today, @JamesDavies & @CGreenUK open a debate on the value of charity-funded research in Westminster. If Government want to ensure the UK is equipped to tackle our biggest health challenges they must back charity-funded #ResearchAtRisk at tomorrow’s #SpendingReview.

Excellent news from @TfL for #Blind and #PartiallySighted passengers
We’re delighted @TfL is bringing Turn up and go passenger assistance back to London Underground. We’ve called for this with other disability organisations, local politicians and individual campaigners, including @Vision_Fdn @gdcampaigns @transportforall rnib.in/3pXXfka

I'm so glad you took the leap!
TA East has been in my heart and vision for over 20 years. Influenced by my cultural story I sought to develop a training that reflected our multi diverse Communities. 2 years ago I took the leap of faith, today we have 66 students, 14 team members and 2 charity partnerships.
A lovely memory
I just completed the ZSA Suicide Awareness Training. I now feel confident I could have a difficult conversation with someone who may be facing suicidal thoughts bit.ly/2X5uy76 #ZSATraining #Letstalk #💛

Have a go at the @RNIB's #DesignForEveryone sight loss quiz e-activist.com/page/69188/da… it's a real eye opener

It's particularly important to get your eyes tested regularly if you have a close relative with glaucoma, if you're African-Caribbean, Asian, diabetic, have low blood pressure or are short sighted. All these factors increase your risk of #glaucoma. lght.ly/l5phi2i
