Part of our new pathway for people who choose care outside of guidelines was to create an infographic showing sentences clinicians use and alternatives by service users. Co-produced with @KernowMVP @RCHTQIHub @rchtmaternity @cornwalllmns

I just learned that the Māori word for autism is takiwatanga, ‘in his/her own time and space’. It’s such an empathic and gentle way to describe the condition I’m trying to come to terms with.

Yesterday I found out that I've finally passed my SLT course with a 2.1! It took me 6 years but I got there 😊 As most of you know, it's a pretty difficult course without a disability or death of a parent, so I am incredibly proud of myself. A few huge thank yous:

And to @SpeechieAtDMU for being a great coursemate, friend and flatmate. I already miss living with you, but can't wait for our graduation party 🥳 and @Jess_ca_SLT for being such a supportive friend, giving me a great example of SLT-ness (and the chocolate brownies..) ❤
