Practically the entire USA blindly following propaganda and encouraging the Dea to incarcerate and kill millions of innocent citizens. For a “drug war” they made up and profit from.

The CDC guidelines are a big reason why so many people are stuck using the poisoned unregulated drug supply and dying. It should be called Victims of #prohibition Remembrance Day. #TogetherWeCan sell all drugs just like alcohol and stop the deaths.
International Overdose Awareness Day (Aug. 31) is next week. #TogetherWeCan honor those we’ve lost from drug #overdose and work to #EndOverdose through healing and empowering our communities: bit.ly/4fNXwQl

Thank God (literally) I have a view of the mountain today. Would have been a beautiful day for a swim but I still have my balcony and view. God gave me just what I needed, (the view) before I start snapping people like glow sticks. #Blessings

Whelp. No swimming for me today. (Or anywhere else for that matter) Elevator down. Contacted management, maintenance AND emergency maintenance at 6:45 am. It is now 9am and one has responded or sent anyone out. An obvious ADA and FHA violation as well as a 504 violation as

Poor Rachel confused cause I went to take her for a morning walk, and we got to elevator and had to turn back to apt. She doesn’t understand. All she knows is she has to go potty. And she will hold it as long as she can before using puppy pads now that she’s been trained. She’s

I could work 24/7 and nothing will change unless the president reins in the DEA/HHS/CDC/DOJ The 2016 opioid guidelines MUST be de-implemented. It’s up to legislators to apply pressure to states to do this The DEA is STILL using a faulty algorithm

Yeah I’ve had it w academia. It’s a hypothetical world. Hypothetical rules and applications and it doesn’t reach patient care. So academia keeps talking to each other - and patients have to fend for ourselves. The system is broken.

Yay! I think my knee has healed enough finally I can go back to the therapy pool! It absolutely sucks when I cannot. My muscles and joints get way too stiff. Example, last night my leg rolled off the bed with my foot on the floor, so my knee bent at an angle. (lil Rachel’s a

Bed hog) when I woke, I literally could not unbend or straighten it out. Had to force myself into a standing position with my walker (while crying out in pain) and limp around a bit before I could get that joint mobile again. Happens any time, any joint is in a bent position for

More than 15-30 minutes. Water therapy seems to be the only thing that helps keep my joints from locking up like that, but I have to go regularly! Hopefully no more falls. lol maybe it’s time for those knee pads mom used to make us wear when we went roller blading! 🤣🤣
