Definitely not happy with me. Mornings and evenings the only chance for her to get a walk with this heat. (I’ve tried booties, socks etc. none stay on her “ankles” are so thin and small. )

Yeah I’ve had it w academia. It’s a hypothetical world. Hypothetical rules and applications and it doesn’t reach patient care. So academia keeps talking to each other - and patients have to fend for ourselves. The system is broken.

More than 15-30 minutes. Water therapy seems to be the only thing that helps keep my joints from locking up like that, but I have to go regularly!
Hopefully no more falls. lol maybe it’s time for those knee pads mom used to make us wear when we went roller blading! 🤣🤣
