【Every Friday】Life Science Analysis Consultations (Any topic, any scale)
Every Friday, we’d like to offer a “Life Science Analysis Consultation Day.”
Whether it’s a quick check or a complex, time‑intensive discussion involving large or multi‑modal datasets, we welcome consultations of any size and scope.
It’s also completely fine if you’re at the stage of “I just want to organize what the real questions are.”

Consultations we’re happy to receive
You’d like to re-structure your analysis approach (objective / comparison design / metrics / QC, etc.)
The data is large or complex, and you want to think through workflow design and reproducibility
You want to work across multiple data types (e.g., imaging FCS omics)
You’d like support in interpretation and in shaping figures / tables / reporting
You want to separate what needs additional analysis vs. additional experiments to move decision-making forward
In many projects—especially multi‑modal ones—clarifying the discussion points early can dramatically speed things up.
Common topics (just a few — anything else is welcome)
Multi-layer multi‑omics / integrative analysis
(genomics / transcriptomics / proteomics / metabolomics / single‑cell / spatial; cross‑modal integration; metadata design)
Imaging analysis
(preprocessing, segmentation, tracking, quantitative metrics, reproducibility)
Flow cytometry / CyTOF
(gating strategy, QC, batch effects, comparisons & visualization)
NGS / bioinformatics
(QC, differential analysis, clustering, annotation, interpretation organization)
Protein / denaturation analysis, etc.
(evaluation metrics, comparison design, summarization)
Operationalizing analysis
(pipeline design, automation, re-analysis procedures, logging / reproducibility, reporting formats)
How it works
Please submit a short outline via the form (bullet points are perfect).
We’ll review it and follow up with a Friday slot (and ask any missing questions as needed).
No confidential information is required in the form — a high-level overview is enough.
If you’re wondering “Is it too early to ask?” — that’s absolutely fine. We’re happy to help you get things organized and moving forward.
