Before walking on the football field you must first cross/walk on the TRACK! That was designed like that for a reason!
All skill football guys should be running track! Running track is better than going to a speed trainer

I would highly recommend each of them for other state clinics!

A big thank you again to @mtccca on a great weekend! Thank you to @CoachArmbruster on bringing me down to enjoy such a great clinic with an awesome group of coaches!
Gave 3 presentations on training theory and sprint drilling...did my best impersonation of @CoachNikeSpain with @ceasealeo23 and Terry Frank of (@FestusGirlsTF) on the hurdle panel...
And finished it off with @korfist and @pntrack on the sprints panel
Always great to run in to @Coach_Rathke @SprintersCompen and @BobThurnhoffer as well!
