It's policies under the legislation of @TinaKotek @Tina4Oregon and her blind partisan loyalty to her puppet master @OregonGovBrown that have FAILED YOUR children! And yet she and the @ORDems rebuke #schoolchoice. It's NEVER been about educating your children.
Another fine example as to why our schools and @salemkeizer should be focused teaching students the fundamentals. They're doing the students more harm than good. Education is the best way to lift yourself out of poverty and to avoid a life of crime. foxnews.com/video/6314326997…

"The new policy states the plan “must take into consideration the impact of issues related to the student’s trauma, race, gender identity/presentation, sexual orientation, disability, social emotional learning, and restorative justice as appropriate for the student” (Ex. B at 1) (emphases added). Thisrace- and gender identity-specific framework applies even to the most serious incidents, such as “Threat/Causing Fear of Harm” and “possession of a firearm” (see Ex. B at 2-3). "Furthermore, Section 18.6.2 of the agreement requires the District to make educator assignments based on race and gender identity. The District’s policy explicitly states educators should not be transferred if doing so “would decrease the building’s percentage of under-represented male or female or transgender/nonbinary/gender non-conforming professional educators to less than thirty percent” or “decrease the building’s percentage of minority teachers to less than the student minority percentage in the building or below the percentage of minority professional educators in the District” (Ex. B at 6)."

Portland Public Schools new DEI teacher placement policy strengthens White Supremacy: teachers of color will be denied transfers to other schools if the percentage of minority staff is below that student body/community, but white teachers can go. Keep up the good work PPS Admin
‼️Interesting NEWS PPS has had a FEDERAL CIVIL RIGHTS complaint filed against them.  " Portland Public Schools has enacted several concerning policies that treat students and educators differently based on race and gender identity. Attached to this complaint is supporting evidence in the form of an article “Portland Teachers will take Gender identity, Race into Account before Disciplining” (Exhibit A) and the recent Portland Association of Teachers settlement agreement “Portland Association of Teachers and Portland Public Schools Strike Settlement Agreement,”1 which highlights changes made to the District’s collective bargaining agreement related to student discipline (Exhibit B)".   See the full letter here campsite.bio/oregoncitizen

It's almost like there's a slight fear that many parents will move towards voting YES on school choice. Thus depleting the seats in public schools, fewer teachers needed, and fewer union thug dollars towards campaigns. You almost sound believable Kotek. But we see you.
To families in Portland impacted by the teacher strike: My team and I are working every day to help the sides reach a resolution and get kids back in school.

Any takers? Most people feel uneasy about sending cash via mail in general, never mind a large sum of money in cash.

@RobTaylorReport Listen to the interview by visiting the link below. Oregon is worth waging a war in the courtroom against #shamiafagan aka former @OregonSOS. She used to little integrity while in office & allowed far too many things to slither by. robtaylorreport.com/intervie…

Now, Governor Tina Kotek’s office reeks from the weed scandal involving La Mota. Oregon Democrats thought they stubbed out that blunt when they kicked disgraced Secretary of State Shemia Fagan to the curb. You might remember Fagan took tens of thousands of dollars in cold, hard pot payments from the major retailer La Mota, apparently for favorable treatment. Members of Congress Val Hoyle and Andrea Salinas got in on the marijuana money too. Lots of Democrats made friends with the weed company, and the company paid them thousands in cash, which should have made anyone suspicious of legality. All of this while ignoring the licensing and tax problems of La Mota…which, at the last reporting by Willamette Week, owed about seven million bucks in federal and state income taxes…and hundreds of thousands in past due payments even for its weed licenses. Now, former OLCC Executive Director Steve Marks has filed a court claim that he was fired from his job at the behest of La Mota co-owner Rosa Cazares. Sounds a bit like the Hunter Biden, Burisma, and Joe Biden firing of that Ukrainian prosecutor on a smaller scale. It also makes more sense than the official version that had the liquor agency’s chief fired because he got to buy a rare bottle of whiskey. And remember that Tina Kotek tried to cover up for Fagan…who told the Governor about her La Mota money nine days before it went public. Kotek said nothing about it at the time…but claimed she was “shocked” when we found out. Kotek has a lot of explaining to do…or she might have to follow Fagan right out the door. wweek.com/news/2023/07/29/fo…

This is another unintended consequence of looking at things through a racial lense. Everyone becomes fearful of the label, the term gets overused and eventually the word loses its power and the racists no longer feel ashamed by it.

From personal experience working in Portland area hospitals, and having a visitor who tried to attack me be allowed to stay, I would say the biggest issue is the zero tolerance policy NOT being enforced. Too much worry about appearances of bias and prejudice over staff safety.

My son told the OTIS investigator that the teacher got angry at him & grabbed his feet & dragged him. Nothing to see here, right @ORDeptEd ? @OregonTSPC ? @GovTinaKotek? He then became noticeably upset. More happened to him than I will know unless a staff person has a conscience

I never thought I would get canceled. Especially for something as simple as refusing to wear a mask. The question is, would I recommend other people do the same? I’m not sure I would. I’m well aware nothing will change until more people are willing to say what they believe, but I’m still not sure people should. Especially not in California, and especially if you have a family. You’ll get torched. It’s so easy to get soft canceled. Everyone knows it’s OK to express left wing politics at work; but if you hold any conservative values, you’d better keep it in the closet. This is widely accepted Californian culture, and it has become the norm. Once someone is labeled right wing - in any way - their entire life changes. Friends and colleagues will distance themselves from you. It will seem like you’re under more scrutinty all of the sudden. You might even get fired. If you continue to speak up after getting fired, it will jeopardize - if not ruin - your career. That seems to be my case. You have to be willing to sacrifice your entire livelihood, and risk going homeless, for simply refusing to wear a mask, in 2023. That’s the society we live in. That’s where we are today. How did we get here? So to answer my initial question: Should others speak up and be willing to risk everything? I say probably not, but I hope you do anyway. Stay Based #Liberty Twitter.
