Whenever I do the Wordle, I also do Kegel exercises. I have learned 1) I will run through a Wordle in 2 min or less because that's the threshold I have while strengthening my pelvic floor and 2) Some people will do a Kegel in response to hearing (and now reading) the word Kegel.
