Atheists overplay the DNA. Genetically identical marmorkrebs clones - see pic - are far from identical. A fact we knew from twin studies. DNA is not destiny. X% similar DNA (by what measure???) DOES NOT mean X% similar characteristics. Hence humans are far removed from chimps.
Replying to @Nonlin_Org
In other words, the scientific fact is that chimps and humans are more similar genetically than chimps and gorillas. A second fact is that chimps and gorillas are universally accepted as related, meaning they should share more common DNA.

Allegedly, humans diverged from monkeys 5 mil years ago in a gradual process. This guy, Otzi, lived 5000 years ago and, like other human mummies, should be 99.9% human and 0.1% monkey. Guess what? They're all 100% humans and not at all monkeys. Clearly, "evolution" is false.

Government has been captured by atheists. Public education in particular is doing very little useful education and a whole lot of atheistic indoctrination. We need separation of atheism and state.

Science is extremely harsh on atheism. These poor souls cannot come up with any theory that science doesn't disprove immediately. Yet they continue to hope and dream against reality. The universe is truly "blind, pitiless and indifferent” to the atheistic predicament.

Beliefs correlated 1 to 1 with atheism are coincidences according to atheist. Is this an excellent proof of his faith AGAINST reality or what?
Replying to @Mat_Hunt
That guy is so full of himself. I've been in long convos with him about atheism. He adds so much to it and trys to make it a positive claim and adds stuff like evolution, biology, cosmology, origin of life/universe, and all kinds of other stuff. He won't accept the simple definition of atheism and makes up his own and expects everyone to accept his definition! Lol

Life is not matter. We know this by comparing life with non-life. Homeostasis and reproduction characterize a living body while the very same body loses these properties and starts decomposing as soon as it becomes lifeless.
16
Now I am envious of the atheists' faith. These people have so much faith, that they don't even care for evidence. Let alone that all the evidence is against their faith.
oh but there is no belief, at least in the religious sense, abiogenesis is based in things we know, evidence, data gathered from observation, it's just more convincing than magic, and what was said against it was just wrong.

Any debate about the remote past will never be resolved as history is not science. And frankly, who cares when there is no mechanism for "evolution" observable today?
The debate over the Cambrian Explosion is all wrong. Everyone is arguing about the "sudden appearance of life." The Cambrian isn't evidence of the "explosion of life", it's evidence of massive, rapid death. If you start with the right perspective, the evidence starts making a lot more sense.
18
The same atheists that demand to see God and "who made God" have no curiosity whatsoever to see abiogenesis or "evolution" BEFORE believing.
No one has ever observed evolution. You have been lied to or you just like the sound of it. And even if aliens planted life, where did the aliens evolve? Life is far more complicated than you seem to want to admit, that or you have no clue.

Akshually... Atheists have a major problem with Earth being the only celestial body that supports Life. Their belief system demands Earth "just another planet like all others". Luckily, Hollywood MAGIC comes to the rescue once again. Only this is fake help. As always.
Christians are predictably freaking out because faith is never firm And they didn’t bother to read what he said Spielberg is exploring the idea of what will happen the day we find life elsewhere. And the truth is theism will have nowhere else to hide

Atheists pretend to be an advanced religion... or belief system... or just intelligence. When in reality they are the most PRIMITIVE ANIMISTS that worship nature and vest it with magical powers.
All theists need education The key is critical thinking skills Sadly religious indoctrination kills any objective thought process

The energy has been released in the reaction. There is no "emergence". It's a COMBINATION of elements. Call it combination because that's what it is. "Emergence" is codeword for magic. This is promoted to fool people into believing nature has magical powers.
Replying to @Nonlin_Org
You are the one saying emergence isn’t a thing. You also apparently don’t understand chemistry one bit. To get water from base elements you need hydrogen gas and oxygen gas. Both of these gases are flammable. Water isn’t flammable. So where did this property come from?

"Life from Life IN the universe" does not affect God in any way. Design can only be identified probabilistically when no other information is available. The null hypothesis is "randomness" and we reject it or not with probabilities. Irrelevant: design may include probabilities.
God is not part of this universe. And by your own logic, can't create life IN the universe. Probability is no property of design. You are just pretending.

Why is this hard? Hydrogen Oxygen Water 3 distinct compounds. Each with its own properties. Properties that do not change. Ever. This means no "emergence". You can also get oxygen and hydrogen from water. So water "emerges" from hydrogen "emerges" from water??? It's Silly.
Replying to @Nonlin_Org
So hydrogen and oxygen are not flammable and chlorine gas is not deadly to humans? Remember you said things can’t emerge. So that means properties don’t change when things are combined. Otherwise new properties emerge.

There are no atheists. So-called atheists assign God - like power to nature. They believe nature designs and nature created life from non-life. Nature is their god. The only problem, this view is incoherent and contrary to science.
I’m an atheist. I think it’s possible that a god exists. I also think there’s not sufficient evidence — not even close to remotely sufficient evidence — to be able to conclude that a god exists. And since I care about my beliefs being true, I don’t make that conclusion.

It's Sunday, and internet atheists are out in force preaching their nonsense. Seems Satan is in pain today. Good!
38
You cannot call God "an unnecessary complication" when your creation myths don't work. Even worse, they're proven false. Only internet atheists reject the burden of proof. Smarter atheists do understand they have that burden and tried (and failed) to make sense of the universe.
Replying to @Nonlin_Org
The burden is necessarily on those who assert the claim. You want to posit a god, which only complicates and doesn't add any explanation, it requires that more unexplained phenomena and states of affairs be added and that can't possibly be answered. You pretend a god exists. Why ?
14
Since when are atheists honest about their knowledge gaps? Since never. They pull that rabbit out of the hat only when pressed really really hard. They always have a silly story: Cosmic inflation, Evolution Abiogenesis Determinism Materialism Socialism. Known false don't matter
Pretending to know is the best we can do? Plugging god into the gaps in our knowledge is the best we can do? Logic and literal history beg to differ but sure mate, crack on

"Putting a child in the driver's seat would kill him, but putting a licensed person there preserves him. That's why children aren't people" God, is there a limit to the stupidity of the atheists?
26
Probably the biggest lie (or delusion) of atheism is "emergence". Bigger than "evolution" - the cargo cult that relies on "emergence" itself. Obviously, water always had and always will have the same properties. No "emergence". Ever. Life from Life from God. No "emergence".
No. You're completely wrong. The properties of water are not included in the properties of hydrogen or the properties of oxygen. The properties of water are emergent from the specific bonding of H2 & O2. Using slurs that you can't even write out doesn't change that.
