New kids on the block:
🩸 Blood (ctDNA): Guardant SHIELD & Freenome: convenient, ~80% CRC sensitivity, but advanced adenoma detection still lags (~13%).
💩 Stool (mt-RNA/DNA): Geneoscopy & Exact — 94% CRC sensitivity much stronger AA detection (43-46%).
