Slums in urban areas are the worst hit. Animals on the other hand are not spared, as they end up eating and choking in these, as well. And that there lies the racial injustices committed without any remorse or sense of responsibility.

The countries most affected're already struggling to manage the already existing plastic wastes on their ecosystems & dumpsites. Far worse the burning of these plastics which expose communities to catastrophic health issues and contributes to air pollution.

Big oil industries & Global corps are ever creating the rhetoric of plastic as a necessity in today's world, while also escaping the huge responsibility of managing the generated plastic waste. The solution, acco to them, is to export plastic waste to MAPA.

Good news def. Hoping those effected are rehabilitated and compensated rightfully. And most importantly, the damage to the ecosystem assessed and addressed.

Baghjan blowout well successfully killed: The well has been killed with brine solution & under controll now. Fire has bn doused completely. There is no pressure in d well now & d same will b observed for 24 hrs 2 check if there is any amount of gas migration & pressure build up.
