Regardless of whether you want the initiative to repeal Prop 4 to succeed, the process matters. Our initiative to Restore Utah’s Flag was held to a standard more strict than the code required. At minimum, the sponsors should follow the law! The sponsors must redo their Uintah Basin Region public hearing before any signature gathering takes place.

So it’s official: AG24-170 has materialized. @UtahAG Chief Deputy Daniel Burton is a certified liar. The investigation into @GovCox signature packets did indeed exist and Burton concealed it to prevent @phil_lyman and @NatalieforUtah from challenging the primary ballot.
