This is a very interesting finding in PROTEUS. pN1 rates similar in both arms, so adding ARPI did not eradicate much extra small-volume metastatic disease. Not very encouraging for ARPI in intact prostate RT. But perhaps another important scientific contribution from this trial.
Can you help with an issue I can't grasp? If the primary endpoint of local pathological complete response or minimal residual disease is potentially clinically significant why was there no difference in histopathological lymph nodes? Is this typical of neoadjuvant trials?
