I asked two of my non-tech friends “if money wasn’t an object, what would you do with your life?” They both said “not work and travel.” So I asked “what about for work?” To which they replied, “if money wasn’t an object why would we work?” And that is how I realized that being a serial entrepreneur is, in fact, a mental illness :)

If you're running a business, some days you will feel like.. - Everything Sucks - The Path Isn't Clear - You Want to Burn it Down - Overwhelmed That's normal. Twitter & Instagram make it look like it's not. It IS. Just show up another day. 👊

The happiest guy I know isn’t shy about asking for things. His life is full of adventure, success, and fulfillment because of it.

If you think paying $65 to clean and do laundry for a 2-bedroom apartment is too much Think about what YOU'D clean it for

Buying now with 7.5% rate leads to 3 options in future: 1) Rates go down in a few years and you refi to lower rate 2) Rates stay the same and no harm done 3) Rates keep rising and you're glad you locked in at a good 7% rate Win, Draw, Win. Marry the property, date the rate.

Ancient culture was marked by embracing friction—modern culture is marked by avoiding it. But in our obsessive quest to live in a frictionless world, will we eventually come to realize that friction was what created meaning?

I'm all for changing your life financially and grinding hard to make it, but after you've hit a certain number, maybe you're better off participating in more passive strategies and taking some of your time back to spend it with your loved ones. After all, we only have one life.

As the market adjusts to the recent rate hike, mortgage rates seem to have actually gone down 📉 😮

Why do wealthy people take on debt ? It’s the tax loophole your mom didn’t teach you when you were going to school: debt is tax free. You sell a property for a profit ? Pay tax. You refinance a property ? No tax. You sell stock at profit ? Pay tax. Loan against stock ? No tax.

Remove the word "try" from your vocabulary. You either do it or you don't.
