This directly contradicts Trump's & Vance's claim that no funds will be transferred to Iran at all.
If Trump denies this is true, there never was a deal. If Trump confirms, the US has fully capitulated to Iran's demands.

Truth is there were 23,000 alerts and 3,000 cars stolen in Oakland in the last 6 months
All large agencies turn off Flock alerts because they were too noisy to be useful!

Oakland didn't know how bad the stolen vehicle problem was. Then Flock license plate readers generated 210,000 alerts in six months! The volume was so high OPD called it "astronomical."

210,000 stolen cars is… a lot. That’s almost 50 stolen cars an hour. If every cop on duty tried to pull them over 24/7, there still wouldn’t be enough.
Sometimes, our tech ends up showing that the crime problem was much worse than anyone expected. The crime reduction bottleneck shifts from awareness to resources.
Godspeed to the cops of Oakland. They have an incredibly difficult job and they deserve as much support as possible.

The 210000 figure refers to alerts not unique stolen cars. OPD data shows 187120 stolen plate alerts and 23179 stolen vehicle alerts over 6 months. A vehicle can trigger multiple alerts.
