Solar has the lowest LCOE. Solar can start generating revenue within 18months. It cannot be said of any other energy source. Solar is all about ROIC and IRR. That is one of the main reasons I’ve invested so heavily in it (consumer resilience is another). That said, labels of sustainability and climate change attached to solar are very polarizing and have made solar support harder than it’s needed to be. Solar should have always been framed in economic terms with the environmental positives being a nice-to-have footnote vs the other way around. But ego and emotions and all that…
