@letsblinkit @blinkitcares can you look for ways to deliver without bags? With his rate of big paper bags for every delivery, earth will be gone while we just blinkit it. Start charging for bags. Have option to get without bags as default. Stop single use even if it's paper.

This is how @bigbasket_com delivers. Throws the food items on doormat, even when you place big basket right there. It's delivery not flood relief packets thrown .
Have some respect for your customers and food. Invest atleast some in basic training for delivery boy @CEE_bigbasket

We booked hotel and cab from them. For hotel kept calling for change in plan

Answer is always we are checking with hotel, give 48-72 hours. Daily same answer.
Cab first driver is not assigne past pickup time. After call driver was assigned who came another 30 minutes. Then he came and told us to cancel after one hour wait
Customer support has no answer.

Still they will not cancel other booking without cancellation charges. So after multiple bad experiences as well , u r stuck. If there is refund that will be MMT vallet for limited time. So, u either have choice of more bad exp or loosing money. Don't spoil ur holiday with mmt
