Welcome to Ken Berry and Shawn Baker's YouTube channels within two years. Plants and injections. They work, and I should know. Significant plaque regression in just 7.5 months, unlike the Keto-CTA fiasco. Bye bye, Ken & Shawn. See you at the Keto-Carnivore funeral.

I see the Ketogans and the Vegans are at it again. Frying my brain cells. If I see another video on whether eggs raise your cholesterol or not, I need to be drunk or high to get through it. Darlings in both cults, here's the only correct answer. IT DEPENDS. You take the Cholesterol Balance Test from Boston Heart Diagnostics to find out whether or not you are an 'over-absorber'. End of discussion. Someone pass the Jack Daniels please, because I cannot deal with this bollocks!

Did you miss the bit in medical school where dietary cholesterol doesn’t make any difference to serum levels? You really are a brainless quack.

Darlings, if you want a nice little biohack to stay away from a dementia association when on a statin, then check out my video below. And subscribe to my YT because I'm fun. I'm the only guy who will publish the Citizen Science Foundation's application for tax-exempt status with the IRS so Follow and watch it happen. What Dave Feldman is doing with the money is pretty eye-opening. Sorry for the crappy sound but this is an early video and I was plugging the mic into the wrong hole. I'm bored reading the anti-statin people say "I got brain fog" and blaming the statin when it's their own stupid fault for not knowing the information in this video. And before you statin-haters say "why didn't my doctor monitor me with the cholesterol balance test?" ...err, why do you think? It's because he/she follows "guidelines". Which means it's your fault, again, for not knowing how to train your doctor. Mine gets told "if you say the word 'guidelines' in my presence then I will say the word 'fuck' in your presence. I suggest that neither of us use swear words. Deal?" Forward this biohack to everyone you know on a statin. I'll redo it with better sound later. For now, the Ken Berry fan club has been keeping me busy talking bollocks in defense of that public figure who still refuses to post any scan online showing that his arteries are clear. Ken's followers are as gullible as Nick Norwitz's. Now, where's my injection pen? It's lunchtime and I need more plants and more drugs. Watch and learn ... youtube.com/watch?v=hCDnPoCR…

Poor, desperate, Ken. Look at him here. He's already crying about the massive GLP-1 tidal wave that will annihilate his ability to make money from gullible people within two years. No Ken; keto-carnivore is not "dying" ...keto-carnivore is already dead. It just doesn't realize it yet. The funeral hasn't taken place, that's all. Within two years guys like Ken Berry, Shawn Baker, et al will be dinosaur relics of a bygone era. Ruthless money-making machine Norwitz will survive, even thrive, as the tidal wave ends the social media careers of the old guards. Norwitz is adapting, changing. His YT channel is now a biohacking channel. Just a crappy high gloss one because he's got little to no experience of what he's talking about. Here's cold, hard, reality. The world and his wife are either sticking needles into themselves or are curious about doing it. Billionaire investors smell a massive opportunity. The elite of silicon valley venture capitalism are quietly testing peptide vials for free at finnrick.com ('About' page). Why would they do that? Ken can't see the massive coming tidal wave. Even if he could, he's in too deep with no ability to adapt. Norwitz can and will adapt. It'll be a sad, long, 2-year goodbye to Ken Berry. But don't feel too bad for Ken. He's made plenty of money talking bollocks to his flock of sheep about the alleged safety of sky high LDL in certain people.
"Keto is dying!" Umm, there are 667 studies either ongoing or planned using the ketogenic diet for different health conditions. Remember, Carnivore is Keto too...

Ken darling, oh for sure, you should make as much cash as you can now from your gullible followers before the death of Keto comes within two years. Millions upon millions of Americans will prefer to 'cheat' and stick needles inside themselves. They won't want to eat gob loads of fat when a chick pea vindaloo is so much tastier. The coming tidal wave of needle-pinning Americans will annihilate Keto/Carnivore within two years. Metabolic health happens by default. No crazy diet needed. I see your gullible followers still haven't insisted you post the artery scans you told them you were going to get two years ago. The good news is that I might have encouraged the first "name" to take up my offer of "put up or shut up". Apparently Simon (@theproof) is going to "put up". See the video link below, Ken. How about you? Will it be put up or shut up? 🙂 It's not a big deal to show your artery scan results, Ken. It really isn't. You're a public figure. Just show your audience that you have personally benefited from what you preach. I know I've personally benefitted from what I preach. Plants and drugs. The more the better. All my scans are all public in the description box of the video. I'm regressing plaque like a trooper. There's more evidence of plaque regression there than anything coming out of the Keto-CTA bollocks. Nice to see we're having a mini viral chat this morning though. We should do this more often, mate. It's fun watching your followers have a meltdown worse than Tinky Winky from the Teletubbies. "Plaque begets less plaque" when you eat plants and give ApoB an arse spanking with drugs. youtu.be/Etx5bv8pJ4U?si=W5Ef…

Once Keto/Carnivore diets hit the Tipping Point, there will be no need for my YouTube channel (3.7 Million subscribers) and I'll retire happy.

This cracks me up. Ken Berry is so clueless that he doesn't realize it's game over. His YouTube channel will be dead within two years. He'll be crying like a baby about the good old days when it was easy to make money from the gullible. Keto is dead as an idea for metabolic health. You see, folks, practically everyone is going to be "pinning" themselves within two years. And when it happens, metabolic health occurs with ease. This Keto guru cannot fathom a world where people stick needles in themselves as opposed to eating his absurd diet. The tidal wave is building day by day. Total idiots are building YouTube followers by just saying "Reta" in the title. Some estimates suggest that 1 million people have already injected it from grey market sources. It's not even FDA approved yet. That's how massive the tidal wave is, and will be. The govt. cannot stop it. They could shut down one grey market website one day and ten more will open the next day. Norwitz knows which way the wind is blowing and wants to profit from it. That's why he's abandoning his Keto base and turning his channel into an N=1 biohacking channel. But, people, listen up. It's a shitty fourth class biohacking channel. He doesn't have the experience and he's not a good guy. He just wants to make money. You want to talk peptides with me? It starts with "go run labwork for amylase and lipase before you even think about GLP-1s. And run the same labs every month for the first three months". Who's telling you that? Nobody. Click Follow, cos I don't need the money from social media and have nothing to sell you. But if there's not enough interest then I'll get bored and bugger off thinking; "too many people listening to idiots for me to take the time trying to help!"

I just witnessed Dave Feldman on X refuse to answer basic questions from @theproof re: the latest activity with the Keto-CTA study. Feldman basically adopted the position that Simon Hill needs to adjust his own speech before Feldman will consider answering any questions. I've never seen anything like it. Such arrogance, and a mindset that seeks to police speech. Keto-CTA is a project that was funded by Feldman's tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity, Citizen Science Foundation (CSF). I've read it's financial disclosure reports. It is noteworthy that CSF is a *public charity* not a private foundation. It has to produce certain reports to any member of the public who asks for them. Feldman is currently being told that he must release CSF's full application for tax exempt status to me. It will go on the Internet when I get it. My point is this. Imagine a reporter from CNN asking the president of a public charity some questions about the charity's work. Imagine CNN being told "go change your opinion from the last segment you did because I don't like it" and that attitude being reported by CNN. The charity's Board of Directors would probably fire the president for being a PR disaster. He'd be deemed harmful to the charity's cause. Therein lies the story behind the story. There is no independent governing board oversight at CSF. Feldman answers to nobody when taking in nearly $1m over five years. Mainstream media has failed to do even the most basic of investigative reporting on CSF and Feldman. Mainstream media regurgitated the absurb 'plaque begets plaque' story that Feldman, Norwitz et al wanted told, without ever looking under the hood of Citizen Science Foundation - the entity that funds Keto-CTA. I'll get to my own reporting just as soon as Feldman - who is on a legal deadline - gets me the last set of records he must release. CSF-Feldman has been acting as an advocacy entity rather than a neutral scientific entity which is why I'll be curious to see what Feldman told the IRS when seeking tax-exempt status for CSF. To any Feldman fans reading this and sensing an expose coming ...I have better things to do with my life then do the job that mainstream media doesn't do anymore (investigative journalism) so I gave Feldman my cell and asked if he wanted to talk. He refused. So my reporting of the facts and my opinions will follow and I don't care whether Feldman fans like it or not. Lives are at stake when people incorrectly believe they can safely blow their LDL through the roof. Bottom line. Feldman's attitude with Simon Hill is rooted in the governance of CSF. He answers to nobody.

Ken, darling, ummm, remember what you said two years ago? You were going to get a scan of your arteries. Allow me to remind you of what you said. Still waiting, honey ...youtu.be/De9JsTD-SLA?si=CBNF…
Beef, Butter, Bacon & Eggs is the most nutritious and ethical diet you can eat! Oh, and it also reverses Type 2 Diabetes, Fatty Liver & Metabolic Syndrome...

Oh man, what a laugh! Read my post from a couple of days ago exposing the shocking governance of the Citizen Science Foundation (Dave Feldman). A Dave supporter unleashed Grok on me, on that thread, to try and downplay the seriousness of the issues raised. The dialogue between me and Grok is a hoot. Go read it. I got that trained monkey to voluntarily shut up since it was talking bollocks. The Dave supporter who thought Grok was going to be smarter than me, merely embarrassed himself as being someone unable to read financial reports on his own. Repost that thread from a couple of days ago. The machine got its arse kicked 😄

THREAD: Keto-CTA funder Dave Feldman’s ‘Citizen Science Foundation’ (CSF) markets itself as championing grassroots science — but behind the mission statement is a shocking pattern of governance red flags donors rarely see. Check out CSF's public record financial reports in the replies. See what my new report uncovered and why it should worry you. If you care about ethics in this space, read the report, quote‑repost this thread with your comments, and tag someone who should be paying attention.

You are a mess, Grok. You see, sweetie pie, telling people what some website called Guidestar "self-reports" doesn't mean diddly squat compared to what Dave Feldman submits to the IRS on the Form 990s under penalty of perjury. I just reviewed the foundation's 2024 990. It states on line 2 that there is only one voting member of the governing body. And on line 3 it says that the number of independent voting members of the governing body is zero. You just got busted as being a trained monkey.

Michael, I just removed the Grok clown from this reply since apparently the cat got it's tongue. I have a question for you. Are you really so devoted to Dave Feldman that you are incapable of reading financial reports on your own and seeing what they say? Don't you think it's embarrassing that you are trying to downplay the blindingly obvious governance problems with the Citizen Science Foundation? Dave Feldman provided statements to the IRS on the Form 990s under penalty of perjury. So, go read what he declared. Jeez, even your trained monkey Grok was suggesting you do that!

Shocking....just shocking! At 2:20 into the latest episode of "The Proof" with @theproof, guest MD Terry Simpson referred to Carnivore Diet promotion as being akin to testicles. A man's testicles. Yes, that's right, he actually said the word "bollocks" on the airwaves and didn't get censored. 😊 I hope @drterrysimpson explains himself on his own podcast for such indecency! I hope he gives proper recognition to Richard Branson, Johnny Rotten and Sid Vicious, for his right to use such a word in the colonies. Know the history, folks ...

So, @BioLayne here's a question for you, re: the above post, since you like to sometimes use entertaining language to make a point. Do you feel up to taking on the word "bollocks" and having it sound natural? If so, would you need to bleep it or not bleep it? Have you seen the expose of Dave Feldman/Citizen Science Foundation yesterday? He just got his knickers in a twist with me. No idea why.

(7) Stay tuned ("Follow") because I have a pending request to receive CSF's tax-exempt (with associated docs) application with the IRS.

(3) As of May 31, 2026, Nevada is listing "Sharon Delpilar" as a "active" director of CSF. But there's no mention of this person being a voting board director on CSF's 2025 Form 990.
