If you want to understand 911 in the nation's capital, read this superb Washingtonian story by Ike Allen and Andrew Beaujon. Being true to brand, DC911/@OUC_DC Director Heather McGaffin and her boss, @safedc, ignored the reporters and declined to tell their story. @MayorBowser's administration also claimed they were “unable to locate” FOIAd documents that are used every day by @dcfireems to report OUC mistakes. Of course those documents exist, but it wouldn't be a DC911 story if those in charge weren't running, hiding and covering up. #FixDC911
