We need more leaders who are able to engage in discourse like this. How many Governors and Senators know the Federalist Papers inside and out? Have any firm philosophical foundation for their policies/leadership? We deserve better than the shallowness of our political class.

He’s just allowing them, financially and with time, to regroup.
A 60-day oil sanctions lifting just to get Iran to keep negotiating would give them about $10 billion. And that’s not even including unfrozen assets for “humanitarian purchases.” So if you think this deal is necessary, fine. But don’t gaslight that Iran isn’t being given money.

Hasan Piker: “Elon Musk is a fucking failure and yet in spite of his failures, because he happened to be at the right place at the right time, he has failed upwards with his endless wealth. He’s a horrible person, an unbelievably insecure person, and yet he’s the richest person on the planet. We know he doesn’t fucking work hard because he Tweets all the goddamn time”

I'm 57 years old. I have been working since I was 16. I have savings, a retirement fund and I am on my third house that I bought with my own money. Do you know who didn't keep me from having all this? Billionaires and trillionaires. It's about life choices and if you made bad choices. That is YOUR fault.
I am 52 years old. I have been working since I was 15 years old. I have no savings, no retirement, and will never own a home before I die. And there is now a trillionaire.

SpaceX's 11th employee just became a billionaire. Gwynne Shotwell joined SpaceX in 2002. She was employee number 11, joining as VP of Business Development before the company had proven a single rocket could fly. She didn't even go there looking for a job. She had taken a colleague to lunch to celebrate him leaving for SpaceX, ran into Musk at the restaurant, and got interviewed on the spot. A week later, she joined him. Her job: sell rocket launches for a company nobody had heard of. She built the Falcon vehicle manifest to over $5 billion in commercial contracts. She managed SpaceX's growth to 22,000 employees. She was the one who told NASA, the Air Force, and paying commercial customers why SpaceX could get to orbit cheaper and faster than anyone before it. She was also the one who said no to going public for years. "I wasn't sure the company would go public," she said on CNBC yesterday. She resisted the pressure because she believed the public markets would force SpaceX into quarterly thinking, which would kill the mission. She finally decided it was time. "I do not want to focus on quarterly earnings," she said on IPO day. "What we're doing is very futuristic." Her stake is now worth north of $1.3 billion. She's SpaceX's fifth-largest Class A shareholder. The 24 years of operational work that made yesterday possible have Gwynne Shotwell's fingerprints on them.

Healthcare is the only market where the seller hides the price and calls it compassion. You know the price of a flight before you board, price of a steak before you order, and certainly the price of a used truck before you buy it. Healthcare trained you to accept blindness as normal. That was not an accident. The opacity is the product. Price discovery is the one force incumbents cannot survive. Sowell said there are no solutions, only trade-offs. The hospital traded your ability to compare for its freedom to charge. Visible prices end the game.

Look at her venom; her poisonous hatred. This individual, @Ilhan, does not belong in the United States. She makes a mockery of what it means to be an American.

Jeff Bezos bought a superyacht. Mukesh Ambani built Antilia. Zuckerberg built a Hawaii bunker. Elon sold all his mansions, lives in a 375 sq ft prefab box worth $50,000 near a rocket launch site in Texas. And just became the world's first trillionaire. Consumption vs Creation. The builder always wins.

Do you think a nonprofit hospital has to provide charity care? It doesn’t. The IRS deleted that requirement in 1969. The tax break survived. The charity became optional. And the proof it offers in its place is graded by the health system itself.

At Cognizant, non-Indian employees were 8.4x more likely to be fired. A jury ran the numbers. The verdict is brutal: Over 2,300 workers. Cognizant held the MOST H-1B visas of any employer in America for years. The playbook: Bench the American. No work. Then swap in a visa worker from India. And in Dec 2025? A federal judge ruled the same practices illegally hit US workers. Jury found it. Judge backed it.

Vance is the very worst. He combines the worst traits of bad Republicans and bad Democrats.
JD Vance: "They (Iran regime) are committing to never develop nuclear weapons. That is a significant concession" FACT CHECK ; They have claimed for the last 47 years that they are not and never will seek a nuclear weapon. They've been lying. This is no concession at all!!!

I expect my Vice President - a United States Marine at that - to know that WWII ended with Germany’s 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 on May 8, 1945 and Japan’s 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 on September 2, 1945. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 “𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.” 𝗨𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿. I get that he’s young and all, but he did go to Yale, didn’t he? It’s embarrassing. But it’s a lot more than embarrassing when the same guy is out here pushing negotiations with regimes that have been chanting “𝘋𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘰 𝘈𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢” for decades while sprinting toward nuclear weapons and funding terror. History has receipts. Appeasement has a body count. We don’t need more clever deals that buy our enemies time. We need clarity, strength, and the same resolve that actually ended the last world war. Just sayin’…
The Vice President of the United States thinks WWII ended through a negotiation 😳

⭕ In his first term, Trump gave the keys to our health system to Dr. Anthony Fauci, a move that cost him reelection. This time around, he gave the keys to US foreign policy to a guy whose best friend is Tucker Carlson. Good luck with the Midterms.
🚨 VP Vance: Even the Second World War ended with an agreement. Factually: The US demand from both Japan and Nazi Germany was "unconditional surrender". And so it was. Either Vance is lying to sell a horrible deal he made, or he is a total moron and unfit for office

All, I understand your frustration with Medicare and Medicaid. Doctors are frustrated too! I love practicing elder care. It ruined my life and that of my family. Here's why no one will see you. I understand your dilemma. We are all patients at one point in our lives. Medicaid and Insurance pays Doctors have to redeem Coupons called RVUs to get paid. Those coupons are generated by computers. The RVU coupon work value is set by Medicare/Medicaid. The RVU Coupon Dollar value is also set by Medicare/Medicaid. Every year the work value and dollar value is cut. Doctors have taken a pay cut every year for the last 34 years. That's why I saw 25 patients a day in 2003 and have to 35 to make the same salary. My family deserves better. My daughter cried twice and said "Daddy you're never home", once on Father's Day. I also lost 3 jobs because Medicare and Medicaid didn't pay me enough money. I couldn't do it anymore. So I'm sorry you're caught in the middle but I will no longer make my family sacrifice so I can take Medicare and Medicaid. #Medicaire #Medicaid #Sucks
