We looked away until the Republic was all but gone… We ignored each warning sign, content that others would be guided by love of country and care for other Americans. The idea that those in power were too evil, guided only by the worst inclinations made us all look away, to do otherwise would require us to do something. The Republic is not gone nor has the unquenchable American Dream faded into the darkness, we just have the to have the courage to grasp it tightly. We have to accept all costs, all challenges, all attacks, to save freedom for our children. We must remember that this current Uniparty empire looks unbreakable, but it cannot put out the light. America stands for what is the best in humanity, the promissory note of liberty. May God bless the patriots of my country and see us through these days. May our children inherit a glorious new era of America that’s greater than anything that came before. May it be said that we brought America through to that better day. 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸

You can’t make this up 🤦‍♂️
I’m beginning to understand why the @FloridaGOP isn’t interested in having debates.

President Trump needs to remember his campaign promise to the American people of "PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH". Allowing the IRGC to continuously violate the ceasefire agreement, even through it's proxy forces, AND to terrorize the Strait of Hormuz is perceived as weakness. The IRGC will not negotiate in good faith and will continue to break the ceasefire. If he wants an actual deal in which Iran gives up it's HEU, we must send a message that these actions will not be tolerated now or in the future. It's time to remind them why our military budget is 3x of Iran's GDP.

The chairman of the party should not be insulting the intelligence of Republican voters. A debate was promised and these ridiculous criteria are being used to renege on that promise and to engineer a preferred outcome. Why not just take 90 minutes, find a tv partner, and let the candidates mix it up? The only reason why you wouldn’t is if the party hierarchy is serving outside interests instead of the best interests of the voters.

It’s why Speaker Renner and Lt. Governor Collins have been given time to present their cases directly to the voters at the event

I’m voting Jay Collins for Florida Governor!
I wasn't appointed because I spent my career climbing the political ladder. I was appointed because I served, led, and delivered. I was appointed because I'm Florida first. Florida needs more problem-solvers and fewer politicians. Florida voters deserve a governor who was handpicked by Ron DeSantis, not an 'engineered outcome.'

Florida voters deserve a debate. Instead, the newly announced criteria mean there may not be a debate at all. Governor Ron DeSantis says there should be a debate. I agree. Florida doesn't need an 'engineered outcome'. Let's have the debate. TheCollinsCallout.com

A day may come when the courage of every patriot fails, when we our pride in our country is crumbles and just isn’t cool anymore, when we forsake the legacy of our forefathers and break all bonds of fellowship with those who built this Republic, but it is not this day. 🇺🇸 An hour of wolves and shattered armor, when the age of American men comes crashing down beneath waves of grievance, hatred, and communism but it is not this day! This day we stand! By all that you hold dear on this good Earth— our Constitution, our inalienable rights, our families, our heritage as the land of the free and the home of the brave, the Stars and Stripes that still stand for freedom the world over, and the Western inheritance of ordered liberty— I bid you stand, Patriots of the West! 🇺🇸 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
In a nation of plummeting pride and MAGA hats, “patriotism just isn’t cool anymore,” Arthur Krystal writes. newyorker.com/magazine/2026/…

Our governor is using the correct terminology, @FloridaGOP is 100% trying to “engineer an outcome” by refusing primary debates. Debates must happen, this is a hill worth dying on!
FL's @GovRonDeSantis criticizes the @FloridaGOP's debate criteria, saying the party should not “engineer an outcome” in the governor’s primary: “There should be a debate... having an open process and having people be able to have their say is always better.”

Platner has been a monster forever @Alladdin1983 ‘s reporting is excellent as always
🚨I just got off the phone with a former Iraqi Sahwa commander who served with the Desert Brigade from its founding in 2005 until 2010. During that time, he frequently operated alongside Kilo Company, 3rd Battalion, 8th Marines in Ramadi, the capital of Al Anbar Province in western Iraq. He shared some disturbing details about a Marine named Graham Planter. According to the commander, there was a recurring pattern involving their interpreter, who would arrange visits to a local woman running a prostitution house. She had several underage daughters. Planter and a couple of other Marines would go to the house, often setting up an observation point with their Iraqi counterparts. The story took a darker turn when he described how it started. During what was supposed to be a routine raid on the home, they discovered it wasn’t a terrorist hideout — it was a brothel operated by a single mother who had lost her husband. After that first encounter, the visits became regular. Two or three Marines including the interpreter would disappear inside the house for an hour, sometimes up to an hour and a half. The Iraqi Sahwa fighters were always positioned outside, securing the area between the roof and the front gate. They were never allowed inside. The commander was emphatic. He said he was 110% certain that Graham Planter and one or two others were paying for sex with both the mother and her underage daughters.

If you support Iran or Iranian terrorist proxies over the US and its allies, you are an enemy of America. Period.

Campaigns aren't coronations. They're conversations. The people of Florida deserve to hear candidates discuss affordability, insurance, education, public safety, and the future of our state. Let's have the debate. TheCollinsCallout.com

Florida GOP is playing the same game Democrats played with Kamala Harris by anointing Byron Donalds. Mind you this is before any of us even have the chance to vote in a primary. They are pulling every trick to avoid a real debate. Apparently, they learned nothing from the backlash that comes with sidelining voters and treating the nomination process like a formality. The message is clear: they think voters will simply fall in line, accept the decision, and move on. They think you're stupid. They think you're fools. The hubris is remarkable, and the disrespect for the voters they're supposed to represent is even worse.

Guys, Byron has apparently "done the work" for Florida, but our Lieutenant Governor, who has been serving and working for the state every single day, somehow hasn't? That's a pretty tough sell to anyone with common sense. I've seen a lot of influence operations, but this may be one of the most transparently bad attempts yet. Especially considering Byron is notorious for not showing up for votes in Congress. Apparently missing votes now counts as "doing the work." The people pushing this narrative think Florida voters are fools.
Politics is a team effort and @ByronDonalds has done the work and is leaving nothing on the table trying to win. I’m proud of the work of our thousands of volunteers and staff working to get him elected Governor.

American “people, at what point does protecting your own children become more important than protecting your reputation?”
As a Japanese watching the UK right now, I have one simple question. A Sudanese asylum seeker just tried to behead a local man in Belfast. The victim lost an eye. This comes after years of grooming gangs raping thousands of British girls — gangs that police and councils deliberately ignored because they were afraid of being called racist. In Japan, even one case like this would have triggered national outrage and immediate policy reversal. But in Britain, the conversation is still about “not being far-right.” British people, at what point does protecting your own children become more important than protecting your reputation? We genuinely do not understand this.

The voters are not the problem. The voters are the party. When political insiders forget that distinction, history tends to remind them.
