IMPORTANT: We have been made aware that WhistleblowersUK @WB_UK have issued a statement claiming not to have been contacted in regards to the documentary. This is totally false and we are taking the unprecedented step to publish parts of those emails, sent to two different email addresses to show we made several attempts to contact them. secretary@wbuk.org was contacted on 14 & 16 April contact@jogideon.com was contacted on 8th May What are the chances that these different emails, one of which has sent correspondence to us last year, all miraculously disappeared? As you can see in the parts of the emails, we were polite, respectful and offered ample time to respond, even offering an extension if the original 10 days were insufficient. We sent rights of reply to Mr Ager-Hanssen and Mr Foxley, too. We received no response from Ager-Hanssen and Mr Foxley's reply was reflected in the film. Journalistic integrity and dignity have been at the heart of this project since day one, everyone in our film, whether we agreed with them personally or not, was treated fairly. We will not sit idly by and let people pretend otherwise.

#WBUK continue to gaslight in the most appalling way, for nearly 8 years #WBUK have failed to respond to a single concern raised. Now a new documentary below vindicates all our concerns. This organisation is currently promoting #WAM2026 inside @UKParliament This organisation would promote anyone as a #Whistleblower as long as there was money in it. And still no response from #WBUK to the issues raised in the below documentary. People have noted that instead of responding to the issues in the documentary #WBUK have instead chosen to post libellous statements alleging they had no right to reply, see @WBINC_Doc for copy's of all the right to reply letters. This is shameful conduct and only adds to the scandal. They have maintained this libellous stance for over two weeks. The right to reply letters allegation will be throughly tested and @RealStephenKerr and @tessamunt had better check the truth of the statements posted in their names. Sitting MPs should act in the public interest at all times, backing up #WBUK hardly complys with this.

@Channel4 Dispatches went undercover inside the Financial Ombudsman Service @financialombuds. What they filmed should have shut the place down. Their own staff said this on camera: "I'm not proud to admit it but I've done it myself. Just taken a chance and just slung stuff through, with any old decision." "You're more likely to meet your targets if you're not upholding them." 11,000 cases fell into a black hole for two years. Some of those letters said "I am going to lose my house." @UKParliament demanded answers. Baroness Ros Altmann called it shocking. MPs threatened a full inquiry. FOS said the footage was "not representative." Nothing changed. Fast forward to today. My own complaint against @rsagroup / @IntactInsurance is now being formally handled by Gary Smith @G8GWS of @MeridianLegals . Gary is the lawyer leading the FOS Litigation Group, a group built on over 1,000 documented FOS failures. He is preparing a judicial review of the FOS. Its hard to believe how #WBUK can attack @WBINC_Doc for their documentary calling the producers liars for saying they are pro bounty and then promote the below. The below individuals are the biggest threat to genuine #Whistleblowers in our lifetime.

We were given access to shocking messages sent by WBUK CEO Georgina Halford-Hall, in which she says a whistleblower can "fuck off" and that she is going to kick him out of a support group because he hadn't paid his subscription money for their 'services'. She also refers to whistleblowers who have publicly raised concerns about the organisation as "weirdos" and "mad". As directors of the organisation, @jogideon @tessamunt @RealStephenKerr need to address this publicly. This is not "trolling" or "harassment" or a "hit job", these are people with valid concerns and criticism who have been harmed by your organisation and Halford-Hall's behaviour towards them. We spent 9 months investigating this story, and couldn't squeeze everything into 30 minutes, but there is a mountain of well-evidenced concerns raised by genuine whistleblowers who have reached out to you, often in incredibly difficult circumstances, and have entrusted us with their story and your shameful attempts to gaslight them on LinkedIn with ridiculous aspersions will not wash and we will keep pushing on their behalf until you address the incredibly serious safeguarding issues raised in the film.

WBUK are against whistleblowing rewards so much so they are presenting and promoting an event that champions them whose fooling who here?

We have been asked why we never send out messages calling for support when under attack from #WBUK? The answer is we would never dream of exploiting #whistleblowers by asking them to go online and say we supported them. The very concept of doing that is manipulative and exploitative. It's shameful that sitting MPs can't be bothered to respond to concerns raised by campaigners

Seven years ago, Eileen Chubb @CompassnInCare and her colleagues sent a detailed report to every member of the APPG on Whistleblowing documenting serious concerns about WhistleblowersUK. Not one person responded. In the years that followed, more people were harmed. This document, compiled by Compassion in Care, contains signed witness statements from whistleblowers who contacted WBUK for help. What they describe is not a support organisation. It is an operation that charged £100 per hour for case management, demanded 5% of any legal award, passed personal details to solicitors without consent, and told one person reporting child abuse concerns that there were fees to pay. A tribunal in the Banerjee case flagged that WBUK's invoicing may have breached the Compensation Act 2006. WBUK withdrew that claim during the hearing. Then, fully aware of the legal risk, they reworked the same arrangement into a private contract designed to stay out of future court proceedings. At least 11 whistleblowers were handed that contract. The @WBINC_Doc documentary has now vindicated what Eileen and others have been saying for years. Just a brief reminder of our first report on the concerns being raised about #WBUK This report was sent to all members of the #APPGonWhistleblowing We never recieved a response from anyone. We heard several years later that Halford Hall had told the group that we were a small group of people with a grievance and that none of us were #Whistleblowers at all. You have to be seriously deficient as a human being to make money from whistleblowing @CompassnInCare no truer word spoken. It’s companies/individuals like the one highlighted in the video below that have put me off answering messages to people - who might be legitimate & want to help me. We have said it a thousand times and will say it again, when you champion #Fake #whistleblowers you harm genuine #whistleblowers.

Apparently the calculating tactic of pretending you never recieved emails or correspondence is widely recognised and as such there is recommended advice for the situation, such as sending a copy to a separate individual. As one can claim not to have recieved this correspondence but two is incredible. Apparently the tactics of denying recieving emails are most closely linked to US political scandals.
