I have tried out so many browsers at this point, Arc, Comet, Dia, Atlas I am sure there will be many more which do a similar thing. I always just go back to Safari.

question, if I wanted to build a gaming PC which was affordable yet powerful. Want to be able to play games at decent quality and frame rate but I am not an avid gamer what would you recommend? Ideally I'd want it to be: - Silent - loud fans hurt my soul - Stands the test of time - I don't really wanna be upgrading too often - Compact/Minimal - I don't want some massive tower with excessive LED lights and stuff, looks ugly as hell imo What are the key things I should use/look into? I haven't built a custom PC for about 18 years LOL

A bit of personal news! I have been a founder for coming up to 3 years now. I started with a very simple idea. How can social be better? Throughout the years working on this problem, I built multiple apps and versions of apps that ultimately failed. Resulting in where we landed with Abode. The dream of @getabode and creating this hyper personal social, structured around close friends and meaningful relationships was (and still is) something that is very important to me. I wanted to take a different approach to what has been seen and done so many times already with social and try and create a space that is totally unique to you. Not just from appearance but also in functionality. I can't say how incredible the response from the launch of Abode has been and how much positive feedback we have received. Unfortunately, timing was tight and it wasn't quite enough to get us to where we needed to see it continue in the current state its in. There are a lot of characteristics that come to play with launching in consumer social, it's an incredibly tough space to build in, launch in, raise in. And for what me and the team achieved I am incredibly proud. I hope that this is used to inspire products in the future, and prove the need behind hyper personal social products. For the time being I'll be pausing work on Abode, it will still be on the App Store, it will still be up and running. We're not shutting it down. But for the time being I'll be putting my focus elsewhere while I think through the challenges we faced and how we can come back stronger to make a bigger dent in the space. Although this is a pause with my battle on consumer social it is definitely not the end. The learnings and journeys I have been through throughout this period have been incredibly insightful, tough, but insightful. I am very confident that when I am ready, I'll be able to pull off the incredible in this space, so stay tuned for that! As for what I am doing next and where my focuses will sit for a bit? I wanted to take a break from the consumer social space for now, come back at it with fresh eyes and perspective. Stay tuned to hear more. I'm genuinely excited about where the next path will take me, how I can help and ultimately how I will change things for creators. There is a lot of work ahead of me, but some exciting things soon.

Ultimately, I am still learning. I didn't do everything perfectly. I learnt a lot of hard lessons as any founder does in their first stint. I'll always be happy to chat about this, and think it's important to be honest as from the outside it often looks like everything runs smoothly. But not without hard work and tough challenges.

any iOS eng looking for a great opportunity? Stanley is a top class guy, making a super interesting product. If you want a chance to get in early, build something you have true ownership over and have fun along the way. It's a no brainer.

Looking for a killer iOS engineer (SwiftUI) to join me in building @soarapp. Early traction, funded, AI cooking, just need someone who can help us move fast and ship. bonus if you’ve got an eye for design & animation. DM or tag someone great.

Benji and the team have always been the 🐐 at things like this. I spent a few mins adding an example for MorphModalKit on how you could achieve a similar layout, and a start on how you could potentially implement something similar. Of course do not copy directly, but hopefully can provide an example of whats possible. If you want something thats more similar to this example from Benji, spend a bit more time focusing on the details: - Alter animation configuration in MorphModalKit options - Look at how the continue button resizes as it morphs 💫 - Build up a animated UILabel component or use text renderer in SwiftUI to deal with changing text content better
Really loving our revised dynamic tray approach for the new project we’re working on. Feels like we finally nailed the system.

why do places struggle with notification systems. on X I constantly get stuck notifications now on ProductHunt I constantly get same notifications, stuck notifications on Slack I get stuck notifications on WhatsApp I get stuck notifications Like I'd understand if it was like, network failed, reload the page or try again and it fixes. But it's like these notification bugs seem to persist through anything I can do on the user end to fix it until ~hour later when it just fixes itself eventually.
