Today the @WHO rejects Remdesivir for #COVID19.
The same drug the @US_FDA gave a full approval.

How often is clip artifact seen? Around 1/3 to half of post-EMR scars treated with through the scope clips. OTC, however, is a totally different animal and may have a higher percentage of clip artifact. @altaeemd 2/

Clip artifact comes in different forms, but is easily recognized as small nodules with normal tissue in between. In AFP of @GIE_Journal this month, Ahmed al-Taee et al showed a unique clip artifact after Over the Scope Clip (OTC) placement.....A semipedunculated polyp! 1/
