I stepped onto the boditrax at the gym today to see what damage #longcovid has done to some of my metrics and was pleasantly surprised. Iβve lost 6KG, have the metabolism of someone 14yrs younger and now have much better BMI, visceral fat and muscle to fat ratio readings. WTF!

So far 6 weeks done, 8.2kg of weight down, 7.7kg of fat gone forever. Still a long way to go but it's a massive help having this data avaliable to see where I'm working and what I need to do to make sure I'm on the right track. π
