We're gonna abundance so much, you may even get tired of abundance. And you'll say, please, please, it's too much abundance. We can't take it anymore. Mr. Musk, it's too much, and I will say no it isn't, we have to keep abundance, we have to abundance more, we're gonna abundance more!
odd I don’t see any of the “abundance democrats” posting about the combined spaceflight / satellite constellation and telecommunications / AI company today, which is experiencing the largest IPO in human history — I would have thought they’d be excited!

Great now you are having 900 shai Hulud worms saying “I use Arch by the way” as they move through your repositories.

When I wanted to begin contributing to Lightning I investigated all the Lightning implementations at the time. I dug through their code bases. I settled on Core Lightning because it was the best quality. The code was structured in a logically coherent manner. It was both extensible and easy to reason about. It was the one that appeared written by someone with real experience. I didn’t know who Rusty Russel was at the time. If you aren’t familiar with him he’s had sort of a legendary career. He built major systems inside the Linux kernel. Linus Torvalds once called him a “top deputy.” (fun fact: CLN uses Rusty’s inter process file descriptor technique that results in CLN being wonderfully thread free). Turns out — Rusty was why CLN had the best quality code. The most senior and experienced developer in the space was making CLN! I stumbled upon getting to work with one of the legendary programmers by just following the ‘Good Code’ where it led. @rusty_twit has announced he’s moving on from Lightning. Today I want to thank him for making this awesome thing called Lightning a reality and wish him all the luck in his future endeavors. As for the rest of us, it’s time to carry the torch onward. I am as excited today as I was starting out to be working on such an amazing project. Core Lightning is amazing. Lightning is amazing. Bitcoin is amazing. Let’s go!
On May 26, 2015, @rusty_twit made his first commit to Core Lightning. What happened over the next eleven years speaks for itself. Thank you, Rusty. ⚡ blog.blockstream.com/rusty-r…

I am proud and thankful to have served in the U.S. House of Representatives with my friend Thomas Massie, a giant among weak pathetic men. Releasing the Epstein files was our demise. But it was worth every single bit because now everyone knows the truth. You are ruled by the Epstein class that cares nothing about you and your elected leaders are bought and controlled by a foreign lobby. Tonight the future of the Republican Party was destroyed. The Real America First Movement will rise led by the younger generations, who hate the old guard with an unquenchable passion. Let us pray that we have a country left by the time these creatures are gone.

Attention js devs and npm users! Very serious vulnerabilities are active right now They can't even yank the packages because there are dependencies on it now x.com/dabit3/status/20539567… It is getting very bad x.com/socketsecurity/status/… x.com/intcyberdigest/status/… Please warn js devs!

‼️🚨 BREAKING: A new npm supply-chain attack uses a dead-man's switch. The payload plants a watcher on your machine that nukes your home directory the second you revoke the GitHub token it stole from you. The compromise happened today, across 42 official tanstack npm packages, 84 malicious versions in total. tanstack/react-router alone pulls more than 12 million weekly downloads. The attacker forked TanStack's repository and pushed a single hidden commit. From there, they tricked TanStack's own release system into signing the malicious packages as if they were the real thing. To npm, and to anyone checking the cryptographic proof of origin (SLSA provenance), the poisoned versions looked 100% legitimate. Maintainer Tanner Linsley confirmed the whole team had 2FA enabled. It didn't matter. This is the first documented npm worm in history that ships with a valid, signed certificate of authenticity, the same one defenders rely on to know a package wasn't tampered with.

FYI you can use boltz.exchange to donate anonymously via lightning.
I am writing from FPC Morgantown prison in West Virginia. It has been about 5 months since I first surrendered myself in December, and I will be honest, the prospect of a Presidential pardon is very low. There was some hope during the Bitcoin 2026 conference, but that has now come and gone, and one must come to terms with the fact that I am simply a federal prisoner without money, power, or influence, and I will serve my full sentence. It will be years before I can even attempt to rebuild my life. Which is why I am now writing this appeal to you all now. Things are dire and we need your help. Lauren and I need your help desperately. More than ever before. We have over $2 Million of debt due to legal fees. We have a $250k fine the judge levied against us. Every day I get letters and calls from anxious lawyers looking to be paid. Or the DOJ demanding I start making payments on my fine. Perhaps it was denial or delusion, but I had hoped to do what I have always done and dig myself out of this hole myself - but with the reality of serving a full sentence that is not possible. I hate to ask for your help in this way but we are entirely out of options. We need to pay off these legal bills and other debts accrued attempting to defend myself. We desperately need your help. Now. For 10 years Bill and I built and published open source code and tools for Bitcoin users. Those same tools and code are what the government says were criminal. The tools and code still exist, they are out there right now and always will be. The creators however are locked away in Federal prison. The creators are the ones whose lives have been decimated. The creators are the ones who have been financially wiped out. The creators are the ones who desperately need you now. Please donate whatever you can to bc1qtjjcvn98wh7dfd55m8kxhjcfexanttwt8gtan8 . We have to get this albatross from around our neck. Samourai had well over 100,000 users. These users pushed over 2 billion dollars through our open source tools. We need those users and any bitcoiner who appreciates the work that we put into this industry for over a decade to help us now. Please donate whatever you can to bc1qtjjcvn98wh7dfd55m8kxhjcfexanttwt8gtan8 right now. If you require a private address please DM my wife @leamuirleyn and she will provide one. Please do not delay. This was fun to watch and a well-written film. Deceptive in a few places, but honest critique. Nice trip down memory lane with BTC Miami, El Salvador, and FTX. Exclusive footage of SBF being mogged. Also saw @ben_mckenzie say "bitcoin fixes this" with complete disdain. 😂
'Everyone Is Lying to You for Money' is almost a great bitcoin documentary by k00b in ~bitcoin, ~movies, ~econ 1,312 sats and 5 comments so far stacker.news/items/1482649

Read the text below first. I think many can relate. Below is my response and insights. My intention for sharing is that I believe many struggle with this (I certainly do) and I hope this framing helps: I’ve seen this trend with a lot of OGs. The difference is they’ve already been through several full cycles. They had moments where conviction paid off in a very real, tangible way. There was a release valve. A feedback loop that said this mattered, this was worth it. What feels different now is the last 5 years. Sideways in price, but more importantly, a shift in character. Less euphoria, more grind. Less external validation, more internal pressure. No clean bull cycle relief, no psychological reset. It turns into a constant conviction test. And that does something to you over time. Because when there is no release, conviction can quietly morph into identity. You stop holding the belief. The belief starts holding you. That is where it gets dangerous. Because at some point you have to ask what the tradeoff actually is. Not in theory, but in your day to day life. Your attention. Your presence. Your relationships. The parts of life that do not compound on a chart, but are ultimately the whole point. And if those start getting crowded out, it is not a neutral trade anymore. It is a cost. I think that is why some OGs go quiet. It is not loss of conviction. It is recalibration. Pulling identity back from something that slowly expanded to fill the entire frame. Figuring out how to hold the idea without being consumed by it. Because the real challenge is not just having conviction. It is knowing where it stops owning you. And most people do not realize they have crossed that line until they are already trying to work their way back. Bitcoin might still be right, but that does not mean the way you are relating to it is.

Don't imagine this can't happen to Bitcoin.
10h ago @litecoin experienced a coordinated attack on the chain that resulted in 13 blocks reorg that took more than 3h to generate. During this time attackers were performing double spend attacks on multiple cross-chain swapping protocols. We are investigating the situation.
