The SHED study is published! Thanks to the 100s of contributors around the UK... This paper raises a lot of questions - how will it influence your work? What post test probability of SAH and aneurysmal SAH are you, and your patients, comfortable with? emj.bmj.com/content/early/20…

Colleagues both in hospital and out of hospital. Doctors @cgraydoc and @drriw both work together as Consultants in Emergency Medicine at Manchester Royal Infirmary & the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital. Outside of their paid job, both volunteer their time for us.

We are all SATH
For those at the back… it’s not just SATH. Corridor care is endemic throughout the NHS and most EDs struggle with space to give their patients dignity. 48hrs in a chair/ waiting room is not isolated either. This is very much on the government and choices made by hospital execs.

Dr Robert Laurenson, "Rishi Sunak has no clear plan.. He has no action.. Rishi Sunak has been the man who has blocked talks on pay for 20 months" @RobLaurensonD4P "Rishi Sunak is spending 35% more on Physician Associates around the country.. In 1 in 8 hospitals there is unlawful practice being done to patients by physician associates" "It's time for any government in power to put down their rhetoric, get around the table and actually present a credible offer for pay restoration"
