The narrative about a supposed $300 billion “Iran investment fund” is being deliberately distorted by grifters to generate clicks and controversy. In reality, this is not an unconditional handout. It is a conditional incentive or, in simpler terms, a “carrot.”
Under this approach, Iran would first have to fully dismantle its nuclear program, completely end its support for terrorist groups, and carry out meaningful internal reforms. Only then would the United States help organize a group of investors to pursue commercially attractive opportunities in Iran.
The aim would be to create deep economic ties and mutual interdependence that make future conflict far more costly for all sides and demonstrate that choosing peace delivers greater long-term benefits than continuing to back terrorism.
The only people who could possibly oppose this plan are those who are either financially benefiting from prolonged conflict or are individuals of severely low intelligence… or perhaps both.

Mitigating the damage in November should be everyone's priority. That is, everyone who considers themselves "rightwing".
As I said at the start, if you are prioritizing the interests of a foreign nation over your own, the latter of which you damaged badly with this buffoonery, then you are a fucking foreign agent.
You know what I've realized over the years as the most successful pollster in the Trump Era?
Voters are right. Their grievances are valid, and the entitled will need to learn to shut up and listen for a change, or we will not survive.

All this dooming. I really don't understand.
I started a side gig woodshop this year. It's doing well. My son started a side gig land clearing copmany and he has more work than he can handle.
But if you listen to the doomers the sky is falling.
The stock market is hitting all time highs. Billions are being g created daily. That wealth is filtering down to the rest of tue economy.
But doomers tell me $1 more for gas(which is now dropping back to Trump levels) outweighs trillions created in the market.
My area can't find people to work because unemployment is so low.
But doomers tell me AI will replace everyone....someday.
The debt has been an issue for the last 100 years. Doomers have been dooming about the debt for the last 50. I remember them dooming about it under Reagan and being young and stupid, I agreed with then, then 40 years happened and the debt was never, ever, not once an problem.
But sure, at some point debt will be an issue. I doubt it will be tomorrow or the next 10 years.
But go ahead doom away...if thats your thing..

Through our 50 Yard Challenge, over 6,000 kids across the country have signed up to mow free lawns for the elderly, disabled, veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and single parents. With America celebrating its 250th birthday this year and me also being born on July 4th, I wanted to humbly ask if a few kids from our program and myself could travel to Washington, D.C. to help mow the White House lawn for this historic celebration.
More than anything, I want these kids to see how a simple act of service something as ordinary as mowing a lawn for someone in need can lead to extraordinary places. What better lesson in community service than showing them that helping others can take them all the way to our nation’s capital? I’d also love to bring my American flag-themed mower in hopes that the President might sign it, so I can later auction it off and donate 100% of the proceeds to a nonprofit supporting veterans. It would be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to highlight the importance of service, patriotism, and the impact young people can have when they choose to make a difference. 🇺🇸
